“Nisa Local Beech Stores in Heysham has THE worst delivery driver I have ever come across. Extremely nosey asking personal questions when making deliveries & more recently he has made assumptions & phonecalls which could've cost 3 hard working people their jobs/livelihoods! Whilst unloading bags going to & fro, from car to house, this nosey delivery man has driven past 3 times watching our every move. We had a sleeping child in the car with all the windows open, only whilst unloading the bags, then the child was transferred inside. This despicable man has rung the police claiming a child had been left unattended in a hot car for over 20mins... we have cctv proof this was not the case & the police were satisfied when shown & took no further action. But of course a busy body like this was not satisfied with just a call to the police, he then noticed the childminder business plaque on the door & reported the business to ofsted this time also claiming we had too many children... again, we have nothing to hide, we know our jobs much better than a delivery man does & we know our ratio's which we always remain within, for the safety of the children, ourselves & our livlihoods, & again we had cctv to prove his accusations are malicious & no further action has been taken. Had we not have had cctv to prove our innocence, this could have been so much worse for 3 very hard working childminders who go above & beyond to care for other people's children, keep them safe, teach them, guide them & love them like our own.
Maybe next time your Extremely interfering & nosey driver thinks he has an issue with the way we are working & he feels so concerned that he needs to ring the police & ofsted with very false accusations, he might want to consider actually knocking on our door & speaking to us first, where we would have been very happy to explain what we were doing & reassure him that the child was safe & about to be transferred out of the car. This behaviour is absolutely despicable from a delivery driver & Nisa Local has lost quite a few customers from this unnecessary, malicious attack on another local business! People like him are representing the Nisa Local company & to be quite frank, he is causing a lot of bad press for the company as I have previously heard a few bad things about this particular driver! And I will point out, that unlike our actions which you felt so strongly the need to report, when you stopped your vehicle outside my house to make the call to the police, you were still in the road, with your engine running, using your mobile phone, which actually IS illegal!”

With Nisa's expansion in Feb. 2022, gigantic refrigerator unit(s) have been installed and are causing excessive noise and therefore sleep deprivation to building residents, forcing them out of their own bedroom.
Musa the owner is unwilling to move those units and rather prefers damaging people's health. Residents can't open their windows or sleep at night and Nisa does not care at all!
Please help your fellow residents, and stop buying as much as possible from this horrible shop and shameless shop owner. Every refrigerated product sold keeps this refrigator units running and keeps residents from sleeping.”
“BEWARE IF YOU APPLY IN NISA SHEPERDS BUSH UXBRIDGE What went wrong is my sister apply for job as they were hiring and she work 3 full days as part of training and when she finish they told her "well done" we will call you...is being more than 3 weeks ...she went to the store more than 5 times and they only tell.her don't worry manager will.call you.

At least you could let her know she didn't pass or some communication ...as people need to pay bills...and don't undertand because she pass the interview and all was great.
So basically she work for 3days and nothing...tried to contact custumer service or hr but they says we have to deal within the shop but they don't pick up phone and when she goes manager "never in".

“I was victim to a minor road collision as I walked to my local nisa (Oxbridge, Stockton on tees) the till staff who served me was very concerned and asked if there was any thing they could do. A guy, who seemed in charge, offered me a seat and to get me a drink. I felt very cared for. The collision was not on their property but they couldn't have been more considerate.”
