avoid at all cost , they take forver to give you a refund .. I am still waiting over a month for my cash to be placed into my account ... scammer !!

I ordered and paid for something two months ago. It was not supplied even after waiting a month and now I have been waiting another month for the refund!

Ordered a TV they stated was in stock. 1 month later NO TV and no refund. Cannot speak to anyone on the telephone. All via a message board on their site. SHOCKING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I ordered a necklace from them in June/July this year which never arrived- I asked again and again when it was coming and they just kept saying that it would arrive soon. I eventually asked for a refund nearly a month ago and still do not have the money ( over £50). I have now had the same automated email from their finance department saying they will process it but still no money, how can I take action on these cowboys?

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had from an online retailer! I wanted to buy a mobile phone from them which was saying in stock. As I wanted to ensure that they did have it in stock (having read previous reviews) I emailed them and they responded that it is not in stock but their supplier provides them with the phone very quickly and there is a quick turnaround for such orders. However, two days after placing my order the information indicated delivery in 3-4 weeks! So, I immediately emailed and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. they responded that they would proceed with my refund but it might take 14 days for the money to go back to my account. Now, 29 days later(!), and after several email communications with them, I had to contact my Bank and start a process of dispute asking for my money back because they have not returned my money and they have not even responded to my last email. Simply disgusting! Do NOT buy from them!

Absolutely atrocious firm. Lie about product availability cancel wrong parts of order, advertise low prices but don't meet the price. won't process refund. Crooks.

As far as I can work out, with the majority of their products they offer it on the website then buy it in after you have paid and if they cant get it for the same price they tell you its unavailable. That's why I think there score is so bad compared to legitimate shops. I bought a TV, chased them by email and was told I would get it soon. Then got an email a month after purchase saying they weren't going to deliver and I could have a refund up to 14 days later. Had to but the TV somewhere else where it had gone up by £150 in the mean time and basically lent Nigel O'Hara £1500 for 2 months. I am well out of pocket after dealing with this company.

Very bad service, waiting for my product from last 3 months. After waiting 3months they offered me money refund now waiting for my money back into my account from last 2months. Now involving PayPal for refund. THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER GUYS...

Ordered a graphics card 2 months ago, was told there was a delay so requested a refund and I am still waiting. Was told it was passed onto their finance dept and could take upto 14 days its been 21 and i am still waiting. I have reported them for fraud! Over £520.

Bought online took my money and I chased after a week and was told item not in stock. I had to ask for a refund that was in Aug 2015 still waiting for a refund it's end Oct 2015 now.

I ordered some aftershave as a gift with an expected delivery date of 10-14 days. After 14 days I had not received the item and asked for an update. I was told that due to the low price on offer they were still sourcing the item and were sure it would be with me shortly. The birthday (of the person I was buying for) passed without the item arriving or any date for delivery. As a month had passed I decided to cancel the order and requested a full refund (which was offered by customer services due to the delay and lack of updates). I am still waiting for this refund after 2 further weeks, and have been told that it is with the finance department and can take 14 days. This company took the money immediately and have been holding onto my money long after my credit card became due for payment (almost 2 months), and to me are operating unethically (maybe even illegally?). If they behave in this way with other customers they could be generating a significant cash flow by holding onto money in this way. I would not use this company, or if you want to take the risk make sure you pay on a credit card so you have some chance of claiming back your money via your card provider. Terrible, terrible company! Avoid!!

Waited 6 weeks for order. Then decided to cancel as was taking too long which they actually insisted on me doing. Still awaiting refund 4 weeks later £130!!!! They are still responding to messages although nothing is being done? A letter to trading standards next.

I love shoping online! But this is first terrible expierence of online shoping that i had in 12 years! I waited for my item for 3 months, than i asked for refund, and the only message iv got was that my message is received.. contacting with them is nearly imposible. Theres no email, no contact number, just terible 'support ticket' system on their site, that doesn't work properly! Anyway im really furious. No item and no money :/

Placed an order, after a week I chased as not received. Advised it would be up to another two weeks. Two weeks passed and still no order so demanded a refund. Disgusting customer service, they didn't even bother to email about the delay or apologise!

After ordering a graphics card on 11th September it did not materialise after 3 weeks and frequent requests for updates. I cancelled the order and have been told it would take up to 2 weeks for the money to be returned. This has not happened so I have reported them as fraud. The support tickets often will be comforting enough for you to wait just a couple more days, but nothing actually happens.

I ordered a 48' inch TV Online on 14 Sep 2015 !it arrived with 10 day delay! when I opened the box I found that the TV screen is broken!i contacted the customer service using support ticket(no phone number available)!they asked me for a couple of photos twice with a lot of delay each time!they did not even give me a time schedule!!! I paid them with my debit card about 1 month ago and still I do not have a TV at home!!! I do not know what should I do?what is going to happen for my money?should I start a legal complain? still they have not make a replacement after 7 days!waiting for them to replace or refund!I will let you know if they do!!!! worrying,disappointed and bored!!!!

Cannot agree more strongly with all the other negative reviews, lured in with low prices and "available" products to be told sorry this item is no longer available and e have placed the order just for you and we expect it shortly. Message after message it is sorry for the delay, we cannot give you an exact date for delivery (despite me pointing out the items were available immediately from other retailers. One item I was told was out of stock the day after I ordered, I requested a refund straight away....and then they charged for the full order and I have been waiting almost 6wks for my money back. Do not waste your time and risk losing your money, you are just a nice interest free loan for them and you have to fight to get your money back. Hello and thank you very much credit card guarantee!

I have already shared a review on here about this shocking business Nigel Ohara !! From a tv I have not had ordered and paid for in August still no refund as promised on the 11th September 2015 it's now 13october still nothing ?? I'm now in the process of going threw other channels to retrieve my money !! I just hope this company gets shut down !! Watch dog / rip of Britain anything we all can do has to be a bonus to stop this happening to any more people !!! Good luck to all and hope you get you money back Paul .

*---AVOID ---* This company doesn't stock any electrical items.. they are a small jewelry shop, they take your money and invest it or use to build interest.. they do not wish to help you at all.. the live chat system is terrible and staff lie on every message.. takes 14 days to do a refund?? they need introducing to the 21st century.. even so after 14 days i got no messages or refund for a item they claimed to have in stock and require 3 weeks before getting the order.. i requested for my money back right away and all they have done is mess me around.. don't make the stupid mistake i did... they don't have any form of contact number. you will be disappointed in the service they provide just to try and save a few pounds its really not worth it... go buy from a trusted company. 0/5 rating. if you take the risk make sure to pay with credit card then at least your covered.. i will be claiming back my money soon though my bank, i am going to summit a company review to the GOV and report them for fraudulent activities.. this isn't the last they have heard from me.....

I read the bad reviews, but thought if I confirm the stock with them prior to ordering then I should be safe. I received a confirmation of available stock email within a couple hours. Well, as soon as I placed my order my delivery date changed in my order details (however it still showed an earlier date on the website). I asked about stock (again) and about the changed delivery date. Within a few hours I received a phone call explaining the item is available and a response email stating my EDA has also not chamged. So I waited... Delivery day (two weeks from order) arrives and nothing. I email them and get a very fast reaponse saying they are having trouble with the manufacturer supplying my model laptop (Acer VN7-591G) which is ridiculous as it is available everywhere. Being quite irritated I received absolutely no information about this "difficulty" yet was repeatedly told everything was available, I decided to cancel and have a refund. No problem considering they haven't even sourced my item, right? Little did I know I have transitioned in to the Nigel O'Hara signature customer service phase. Simply put, I was ignored as soon as I mentioned refund or cancel. I emailed them (only form of contact) 7 times requesting immediate cancellation and refund with no response. Luckily I paid via credit card and could raise a Section 75 claim and get my money back. As soon as the bank confirmed the case in my favour Nigel O'Hara popped up and said sorry to hear about my cancellation request which will be passed to their "financial team" to be processed. I will get my refund when my bank confirms the funds? Well sorry Nige, but my bank already took my funds back. Thanks anyway. They also try to get you back by saying "my laptop is expected any day now" so if I want to continue my order just let them know. Hmmm... nah. The short of it: Do not believe the positive reviews. Do not believe Nigel O'Hara. Just pay the extra and buy from another retailer you're familiar with. If you are as stupid as me and think you will be different then do not pay with your debit card! Cover yourself with a credit card. If you don't have one then ease do not order as you will lose your money.
