“We are members of the showmans guild and have been so for almost 200 years. We have a very technical ride which was manufactured in Spain. This broke down in October 22 and we have called numerous people to not only fix the problem but also locate it. Out of all the people we called, Ben from northern industrial was the only person to make any sense of the problem. He came out to us on 3 separate occasions and in 3 different locations. He was always on time, very professional, friendly and extremely clever and confident in his work. In between his visits we called him numerous times to ask questions and pick his brain for ideas on how to locate the problem and he always answered. Always gave us his time and always returned a call if he was busy. Eventually, with the help from Lee moving things around Ben managed to visit us on site to locate the problem and fix our ride and we cannot thank him enough. Our livelihood relies on us being able to operate at events and so without Bens help we would be well and truly stuck! We have already recommended northern industries to others that are in the same business and we will continue to do so. Not many people nowadays will call you back after saying they would do so but both Ben and Lee always did. They are a credit to northern industrial and we are very grateful to the both of them!”

“We ordered and pay a new Siemens Drive. On the site it was indicated delivery in 1-2 days, but after a week we didn't have any information about the shipping. We have canceled the order and now looking for money refund. Wasted time. Bad luck? AC”

“Aucun problème avec Nothern Industrial, très bon travail, mais le transporteur FEDEX n'est vraiment pas sérieux, retard de livraisons, colis bloqué en douane, colis souvent endommagé,......nous attendons actuellement un colis qui à été expédier le 23/11, à ce jour le, 2/11 nous ne sommes toujours pas livré !!”

“Hi, The product request was swiftly dealt with and delivery was also extremely rapid. Our engineer has not used any of the products that we ordered so I am unable to comment on their performance. Next time we have a similar request I shall certainly contact you. Regards, Ed Courtenay”
