2 out of the last 7-8 Drives i've sent for refurbishment have failed when returned to me. Returned under warranty without a problem for 2nd refurbishment. Friendly helpful staff. Delivery times are good.

Communication & Service have all been excellent, We had an emergency breakdown, and NI did a great job of getting the parts out to us a day earlier than expected. Can't fault them and will definitely use them again.

I wanted to purchase a refurbished weight indicator that was supposed to be tested and ready for shipping, I paid for it and while checkout process it was written that delivery time is 3 days. I was surprised that it will be tested for 7 days and delayed my shipment as I have an agreement with client then form of UK Export Control Organisation which made incorrect by company representative first time then there was no enough assistance to finish the form rapidly so it also delayed my shipment and shipping require 5 days so another delay so I had to contact regional supplier as the deal was about to be canceled.

Hi Ahmed, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to read that you are not satisfied with the service you have received from us. To explain further, the part was ready for shipping, however because of the shipping destination the UK government required an EUD form to be completed by the customer. On reviewing this there was information missing off the form so this incurred a delay. There was also a delay with customs which unfortunately is out of our control. We appreciate this is not ideal but we have to ensure we follow all compliance regarding exports. If you would like to discuss further we are more than happy to contact you

Ordered online Bank Holiday Monday. I received my package to Ireland on Thursday. The package was prepared and shipped on Tuesday, which is as prompt as anyone could expect. It is my first dealing with Northern Industrial, but I will use them again. Great service!!
