“Fast and efficient service”

“Good service, arrived well packaged. Unfortunately there was a big black mark on the upper right back. I took a risk and tried to remove the mark rather than send it back as the item has sold out everywhere. Fortunately I got rid of the mark but I do think it should have been noticed by whoever packed the item as it was very noticeable. Although you had it on sale Joules had reduced this item to £40, your price was £80 in the sale”

“It is an absolute pleasure shopping with Nicholls, either online or instore. Fast and efficient delivery and returns service online, and walking into any of the three store is like walking into Aladins cave and visiting your friends all rolled into one. Staff are helpful without being pushy.”

“I’ve given my feedback via email and it was to do with poor delivery. I have returned the items because it’s very creased- I don’t know whether the material creases quickly or whether it’s to do with the very very poor delivery and transit conditions. The shoes were also too big and a size 5 would have been better suited however I will stick to purchasing in store of directly via Holland cooper due to delivery issues. I only gave it 2 stars because the service was lovely when I called up and explained the issue. Once I returned my items I called just to let them know and they were sympathetic. It’s a shame the delivery lets you down!”

“Very impressed by online ordering with Nicholls. I bought my wedding shoes here and found their product description and photos much better than the page on the supplier's website! Dispatch and delivery was very quick, with Royal Mail, tracking provided and regular updates. Fortunately I don't have to return anything but that process looked simple as well. I hadn't heard of them living in London, and only found them through a product search on Google - but will certainly be using them again and recommending to others.”
