“Bought a pair of boots for my dad for Father's Day and less than four months later they are falling apart and unfit for use. I sent photos to the company to advise on what I could do. They requested sending the boots back for inspection but have refused to fund the £18 postage.
Poor and lacking customer service.

“Obviously if all goes well then people leave a positive review. However, when an item develops a fault, this company are extremely poor - claims of "wear and tear" seem to be the fallback followed by ignoring contacts and doing nothing. Sadly, in my experience, they are terrible.”

“What a brilliant company to deal with. I made a mistake when ordering chest waders ( I didn't read the sizes correctly) and needed to order a smaller size. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and were able to offer me a satisfactory alternative. I sent the originals back and within days I had received a new pair that fit perfectly. Not only did they sort me out but there was a small balance owing to me on the original purchase price and this was refunded before I'd even received the replacements. I will most definitely be doing business with this supplier again. Pity allon-line fishing retailers aren't quite so good.”
