“excellent. I had a 10% discount voucher from flag paints who manufacture the paint, however even with the voucher it was £20 dearer from the manufacturer. no contest really”

“There was a problem with the wrong paint being delivered but having phoned straight away to notify Mark of the problem, the correct paint was immediately dispatched and was delivered next morning. There was no delays while the original paint was returned, Thanks Mark for the really fast rectification of the problem.”

“fairly easy to apply but is not particularly easy to get the product to cover the company`s estimate of coverage. I had 40ltrs to cover a 37.5m2 roof and was at least 5 ltrs short. Time will tell if the product lasts as the company suggests,I only need it to last until I can afford to buy a new fibreglass roof”

“Good service but although I stated on my order to leave goods round the back the first delivery was returned as I wasn't in. The second delivery was on time and the notes were included then. Would use again.”

“Ordered this on Monday and got it on Thursday, so it was a very quick delivery. Was very well packed. Haven't used it yet but as it is similar to Black Magic Paint it will cover all the things that we want to paint around the garden and some things inside the house. Price was reasonable, this product goes a long way.”

“As a DIY user I was able to buy a small quantity of thinners which I have not used yet, It's a shame that carriage is such a large portion of the overall price! As I have not seen this product before I did not know how to open, but more importantly to reseal, the tin. There were no instructions so I had to ring the manufacturer to get advice on how the novel mechanism works-frustrating.”

“The service given by New Venture was excellent, but this was let down by the delivery service provided be APC. Despite having been given instructions where to leave the package, a card was left at the wrong house.”
