“AVOID - INCOMPETENT UNETHICAL LIARS - After sending wrong part (costing me garage time and money) 'Paul' finally agreed to pay return postage. Part returned - return postage not refunded. Have lodged written complaint with Ebay & Doncaster Trading Standards, so at least their card is well and truly marked. Also, DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE RESPONSES POSTED BY COMPANY - COMPLETE DRIVEL. Response written to my earlier complaint is PACK OF LIES. I would also not trust gushing positive reviews posted after any complaint - their nature & timing leads me to believe they are posted by company acolytes”

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - sent wrong part, cost me garage time/ money + return postage time and cost. Ebay ad a disgrace - indicated one part only for my car, no mention of veh reg check needed. Reality - more than one part, did not stock correct for my car. Refused to accept blame and pay for return postage even though stated by phone they should have performed veh reg check Cowboy back of a shed company. Ignorant, negligent customer service woman. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

Customer arrogant and argumentative. When originally ordering he said he knew what part he wanted without checking first. Offered full refund on return but that was not good enough for him.

“covid-19 had an obvious detrimental impact on my ordering of this part, as it went out of stock at New Vehicle Parts just before I realised where I could purchase it for a reasonable cost (not extortionate as it was on other EU websites, where it was stocked and available to order). I decided to wait. It then took a few months of watching and waiting for the part to be re-stocked on the New Vehicle Parts website. However, as soon as the part came back into stock it became readily accessible on the website, the ordering process was trouble free and I had absolutely no issues plus the delivery was super quick with a reasonable cost. The part itself is just what I wanted and expected with the added bonus of being dead easy to fit.”

“Ordered a pair of sills for an old focus and some steel sheet, very keenly priced and delivered within 2 days. Panels fit pretty well, and all in all I'm a very satisfied customer. Likely to be my first port of call next time I'm after body parts.”
