“Ordered item and delivered on time, unfortunately item damaged in transit, advised seller who was very helpful and sent photos, received replacement early the following day which I unpacked while courier waited Great service and more to the point, friendly but professional Recommend”

“Absolutely awful, Ordered a replacement wing for my car to which they sent me the wrong one, I realised this after I had it sprayed. The owner then told me if it was primed again he would exchange it, so I payed for it to be re primed and sent out to get my replacement, a month later, I have no replacement wing and no refund after sending 10+ emails and getting ignored! Would avoid at all costs”

“Ordered 2 headlight units for my carhaving to send them back. Faulty, indicators have a mind of there own and dipped headlights,terrible and cannot use leveller inside of car.for the amount of money paid should be very good. Bad batch???.”

“They sent me the wrong item and wouldn't do anything about it when I contacted them. I wanted a replacement heated door mirror for my Zafira. Their website showed they had one and the photo showed the back of the mirror, with the heater tracks on. The photo was exactly the same as the broken one I had, so it was clearly the right choice. However, when it arrived, the mirror wasn't the same as in the photo. It had no heater or connections on the back. I told them, and their response was a short email saying that they had no heated mirrors in stock. Since half the cost was postage, there was little point in arguing the case. Therefore I have temporarily put the mirror on while I source a proper heated mirror. When I get that, I'll put it on, and chuck the unheated one in the bin.”

“Amazing! Was sceptical at first as never heard of the site. Had to buy a replacement grille as mine was stolen and I can't believe the quality for such cheap prices! But my car part was in brand new condition and is the right fit. Will use again if I need to and will recommend 100% Thank you”

“I ordered a RH front wing for my classic mini and left instructions with order to ensure correct part was being sent,( RHF wing with repeater hole and NO aerial hole) well they sent a LH wing WITH an aerial hole and repeater hole and could not have been any more wrong with order. The new wing that came wrongly had 3 stickers on it. two describing NO aerial hole and one describing with aerial hole??? Disappointed is not what I am thinking at the moment. Yes they need to get their act together if they truly want to improve service. sorry but the poor score is the best they deserve for a panel company.”

“I ordered on a Thursday 19/12/19 morning but still waiting For it. Hope I will receive it tomorrow 23/12/19. When I sent a email I was told I will receive on 20/12/19 by 6pm.”
