“I did really big research, seen many nurseries in my area but the day when I went to New River Nursery I new straight away- that's where my daughter will be happy. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful, professional and CARING! I can reassure everyone that Luisa (the owner) and all staff that works there they have the right qualifications and the most important they accually enjoy, love to be with kids. Because my daughter is Polish and was never separated from me I thought it will be really difficult for her to settle in but thanks to all staff and Mrs Dominika (that from day one my daughter mentions her name every single day till now) settle in was so easy. She now loves going to the nursery, she is happy there every single day. Her confidence, communication skills and knowledge improved a lot. They deserve more that 5*”

“I am so sad we are leaving this nursery because they are amazing! Such a welcoming, kind hearted, lovely and hard working professional team. My son started in September last year and had a hard time settling in 15hrs a week, the staff were so reassuring and really great with him, I felt so at ease leaving him in their care. Since starting nursery my son talks so much more and has learnt so many new skills. I definitely recommend this nursery.”

“Where do I start ? It’s has been an amazing 2 and half years at New River Nursey !! Level of support from every single staffs from small to big room ! I can can not thank you the team enough to be honest . My lil boy who is autistic (a mum who love to embrace him to the world) who needs a lot of attentions on medical like Allergies and eczema, support on understanding as he’s Non verbal. After 2 years and half years - he’s a change 4 year old now ! More confident and has embrace his interests and likes ! Talkative in sounds & trying to sing a song! A Big thank you to the team! I also wanted to point out that the team have done an amazing job by helping me with information like senco & special needs and activities that I can do in weekends which I have never heard before ! you really don’t get that nowadays with help and informations by professionals!. Thank you Lusia and the team ! We appreciated the level of care , support and knowledges with special needs and parent support especially first mum to everything ! We definitely come back and visit you all ! If I could give nursery and staffs a rate out 10 ! It would be 11+ That’s says it all ! Happy with every singles staffs and I have witnessed the attention to individuals pupils and care are on point ! and lastly my son coming home happy!”

“My 2 year old twin girls attended New River Nursery for 6 months and we’re genuinely gutted to be leaving due to relocation. My first and main point of contact with Luisa was excellent - she really cares for the well-being of all children and families that step through the door. No matter what problems we were having, she was there to guide us through them in a compassionate, encouraging way. I was a very anxious parent to begin with, unable to relax and confidently leave my girls in anyone’s care but I wouldn’t think twice now. Teresa, Larissa, Eva and Hailey in the “small room” really got to know and care for my twinnies, accommodated their needs/ interests (Bubbles! Teddies! Dinosaurs!) and created a nurturing environment for them to play, learn and thrive. All the staff in the “big room” seemed genuinely lovely as well, always greeting us with welcoming smiles; I’m sad we won’t be joining and getting to know them too as the girls get older. We’ll miss everyone dearly and are so thankful for our short but wonderful time at the nursery.”

As a parent, finding a nurturing and safe environment for my little one was of utmost importance, and the manager and their team have gone above and beyond my expectations From the moment I walked into the nursery, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Luisa exuded a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment a nurturing environment for every child in their care. Their dedication was evident in every aspect of the nursery's operations The safety and security measures implemented at the nursery were exemplary. The facility was well-maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, ensuring that my child was protected at all times. Additionally, the staff underwent thorough background checks, and the nursery had strict protocols in place for entry and exit procedures. It brought me immense peace of mind to know that my child was in such capable hands. curriculum and individualized care provided to each child. The Nursery Manager and their team created a stimulating and engaging learning environment, tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child. I was impressed with the variety of activities and experiences offered, from art and music to outdoor play and imaginative storytelling. Communication between the nursery and parents was outstanding.The nursery manager actively encouraged open dialogue, and they were always available to address any concerns or questions I had. Regular updates, both verbal and written, were provided regarding my child's progress, activities, and milestones achieved. It was heartening to see the genuine care and interest the nursery team had in my child's growth and development The nurturing and compassionate nature of the nursery staff, led by Nursery Manager Luisa created a warm and inclusive environment. Every staff member I encountered was approachable, patient, and genuinely cared for the well-being of each child. They were attentive to individual needs, ensuring that every child felt supported and loved throughout their time at the nursery. In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of about the Nursery Manager and their exceptional team. Their dedication to providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment is commendable. “Love it !!! My daughter had been in New River Nursery since she was two and is now leaving to go to Primary school . She learnt so much . She has enjoyed her time there . She's made her really good friends and was really happy attending The teachers are just Amazing . She has loved her teachers and Luisa of course . They were very helpful , kind and caring. My daughter and i will definitely miss the lovely time there , the memories , the friends ... Thank you so much for everything”

“Am very pleased with nursery.. Two of my children attended New river Nursery and were always happy, treated kind and very well cared for.. My 3year Son started without speaking ( delayed speech) but he started talking, confident and always happy to go nursery.. Am very pleased parent and my children are are happy.. Thanks to all the teachers at the nursery.”

“Son and daughter attends New River Nursery, sadly son will be moving to Primary school this September. He has been attending for 2 years and the staff are welcoming, approachable, kind, friendly and caring. He has made progress and staff have been very supportive in his development. Receives regular feedback about how children have been doing. Staff have supported both children in settling in, they enjoy and loves it there as it is a fun and safe environment. I am grateful, thankful and appreciate all the staff for their hard work.”

“my daughter had a wonderful time at the new river nursery. although the beginnings were difficult and stressful for my daughter, all the ladies working in the nursery made every effort to ensure that my daughter settled well and gained many wonderful memories. Lena has made many new friends and enjoys attending classes every day. special books that make up a collection of memories, photos and children's work are great. thank you for your time, study and patience!”

“Very flexible with hours, does nappy changing, helping child with transition and required aspect of child development, child is making progress and loves attending nursery, child will be attending for another year, also supportive, helpful, friendly and caring staff.”

“I would like to say a big ,,Thank You “ to the amazing persons who work in this nursery. My two kids were here and had a really great time,learned many things and developed their personality. Teachers are lovely people,warm and approachable. Let’s not forget about Luisa who’s always happy to greet you every morning. Unfortunately today we have seen them for the last time,as we are going to move to a primary school. It was very sad to say goodbye,but this is life and time is running. Thank you again guys,you were amazing!”
