Despite receiving various texts 09.14 on 7/10 advising delivery due 15.16 - 16.16 and 16.39 same day advising that my order would be delivered and left in the outhouse as requested, it never arrived as at 18.30

Having ordered a ups (uninterruptible power supply) online for next day delivery (and paid extra for this), listed as in stock and having recieved the emails - your order is being processed - your order has been despatched, I waited for it to arrive. two days later i chased to be informed that the item hadn't been despatched, but would be delivered next day. I cancelled the order and went to a shop. Who knows what the service is usually like, but as a regular buyer of equipment for our business, based over four sites our first experience is probably the last. Bet this review doesnt make it online!

I ordered and received an APC BK 500 UPS, fully expecting to be able to plug it in and use it. However, I found that there was no power cord among the cables supplied. I contacted Netstore and they said that I should have checked the manufacturer's website which they assured me showed no power cable in the specs and that threfore they were under no obligation to supply one. I checked the manufacturer's website and this is their list of items: APC Back-UPS,300 Watts /500 VA,Input 230V /Output 230V, Interface Port Optional Simple Signalling RS232 cable, USB Includes: CD with software, Documentation CD, Qty 1 - Detachable 1.2 m IEC power cord, Qty 1 - Detachable 1.8 m IEC power cord, Telephone Cable, USB cable, Warranty card As far as I understand, two power cords are supplied. In the forty odd years I have been buying electrical goods, in five different countries, I have never had one arrive without a power cable. I am not impressed with Netstore's service and would not recommend it.

I received 1 x 0.5m grey patch lead when I bought and paid for 5 x 5.0m red patch leads. I don't know where to start how can you get it so wrong, the invoice was correct but what was delivered was so wrong I am very disappointed, first time I have bought from NetStoreDirect.com and they got everything wrong!

I ordered the wrong item and they would not refund my payment. The lady I spoke to had a really bad attitude please buy from somebody else!
