We engrave all our medals, trophies, and glass awards in-house using both state of the art laser etching and traditional drag engraving for our awards.

The website was easy enough to use, good price and quality. Quick dispatch, delivery took a little longer than expected but that is Royal Mail strike. You can't blame the company

They were lovely etched glass trophies which we awarded to the people in mid-August. However I feel that the etching is too grey against the glass making it difficult to see/read. I do understand that this is how it is for glass etching but still... it does not show high quality. Other than that, the order was quick and we received the package in time for us to travel to Slovenia & Croatia. Well packaged.

The trophies are beautiful, they arrived in beautiful boxes and I was very happy with the trophies themselves as they had a good weight to them and were exactly as described. However, one of the plaques on one of the trophies is slightly wonky and it arrived with a sticky mark that came off. I would still recommend as the quality is evidently very good.

Needed some thank you gifts for my children to give their teachers, arrived safely packed unfortunately a mistake had been made on one of the items on their part, contacted them straight away with proof of the mistake which quickly got resolved and rectified.

Original design was ordered successfully, but then told it was not available. Obviously it was disappointing. However, was offered a different choice, which I agreed on, and it was sent out speedily in time for my need. Very good customer service. The trophy was lovely too. Thank you.

Despite a delay due to the demand, we were more than happy with the service from North East Trophies when we recently purchased 230 Jubilee Celebration Medals for our pupils. They were engraved on the back and were of good quality. Many thanks!

The quality of trophy is great. I was called to advise that the size I wanted was not in stock so upgraded for free. However, I had made an obvious spelling mistake not questioned at the time of the call. Therefore I am going to have to reorder. My error yes but could have been questioned as they had to call me.

After a bit of difficulty ordering a pin badge online it arrived ok but on closer inspection it was adorned with a paper front upon a gold coloured badge which it wasn't described on the website. I suppose I got what I paid for.

I'll start by saying the glass trophies were beautiful and exceeded expectations. However, the website was glitchy and it took hours - literally - to make it hold my order. Then I was asked to email it again, which took more time, and was sent proofs with poor layouts and the wrong logos. But everyone was very polite and eventually we go there.
