“Firstly have to apologise, I've been stung by one of these before and was really sceptical and thought I was getting ripped off. Nepal have been amazing, keeping me informed fast service and good customer service! Would definitely recommend!!!!”

“Very easier to do takes the stress out of looking around the shops for prices and after being quoted around £25, netpal came in cheaper and had a few question to ask while I waiting for my code and customer service was very helpful. Work a treat I also did my partners phone as well cheers”

“Great efficient service, one time payment, no additional costs. 36 hrs to unlock my IPhone 5s, which was previously SIM locked to UK 02 mobile. Now using the phone in Thailand, with a pay as you go SIM card. Would recommend NetPal.”

“First time ever needing to use a 3rd party to unlock a phone, was skeptical but I was blown away by the customer service. I'd ordered the wrong service without realising I needed a PUK unlock, they discovered this and issued an instant refund. The correct service was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering it. Network and PUK unlocked flawlessly.”

“Vodafone unlock code was delivered in the time frame promised. Additional assistance was given which was needed due to my misunderstanding of the various PINS involved with mobile phones. One minor issue was that I did not receive the unlock code first time but received it immediately on request. Would recommend NetPal.”

“1st class service. £16 for the super fast 3 to 24 hour unlock any network. Done in under 4 hours. Best service around. I got fed up waiting for Vodafone to do it for free. Thank you Lee”

“Nepal got my unlock code and i'm now a "happy bunny" again. The only groan I have is how long it took, I got nothing from them after stage 2 untill I sent an enquiry email asking for an update. Then within 10 minutes they answered with my code. I would still recommend them despite the wait. Regards Tony”
