I bought one original machine and one virtuo. I received in the boxes 2 redeem coupons of $10. In order to redeem the coupons, I called nespresso. She asked me so many questions and after spending over 20 minutes, I gave up. Bad customer service

Don’t Waste your money on this Nespresso terrible machines they break after a 1 year. They are very expensive and not worthy a Penney. They want you to pay for a repairs even it’s still under warranty. We owned three of them, and all of them had the same problem. The coffee pods also very expensive and you don’t know what actually in them.

BEWARE VERTUO FAULTS Long Standing customer of Nespresso in excess of 13 years. Decided to move from original pods to Vertuo pods. ANYONE DOING THE SAME RECONSIDER PLEASE. The Vertuo Next machine leaked 3 times in the 15 coffees I made, covering the worktop and ruining cook books, Ive only had the machine under 4 days!!!!! I took pictures and presented to online support. Im not sure they looked at them as said had to cal technical support who then carried out a pointless video consultation and ran the coffee machine through basic tests. Of course it didn't leak as I highlighted it was sporadic. Anyway they wouldn't replace the machine or provide a refund and said if it happens again. Well Im not going to use it as it is not fit for purpose and not prepared to clean up the mess or risk anything else being damaged. Nespresso brand value is dropping. Please let me know if anyone would like to see the pictures of the faulty machine, happy to share.

I wish I could be happier with this machine. The convenience of it is a wonderful concept. I have 2 issues with it. The first one is that I never get a consistent temperature when I make a cup of coffee. Often it is lukewarm and requires heating in the microwave. This is almost always the case when I brew an espresso for a latte. The second one is the milk frother….I always pour the milk just slightly under the maximum line as I never know which result I am going to get. Sometimes it froths perfectly and other times it it runs over.

I bought a red Nespresso Machine last year before Thanksgiving. It did not work. I worked with a woman from Nespresso trying to fix the machine. Something to do with air in the lines. After an hour I said I am sending it back. I told her something brand new should not have to be worked on for a defect. She was not very nice after that. Told me I had to contact UPS to pick it up. Did everything I was suppose to do. Nespresso said they received an empty box. Called UPS to open an investigation. Nespresso would not call them back. Called Nespresso back several times. They finally told me I had to call my credit card company!?!? UPS has done nothing either. Bottom line Nespresso sold me a defective machine. They did not want me to return it. Fishy?!? I think so. Every time I have called Nespresso it has been a hassle to talk to anyone to get my money back plus they always want to talk about air in the lines. So never buy from them directly. I bought one 5 years ago from William Sonoma and did not have ANY problems with it. I am so disgusted with this company.

I wanted to buy the machine + some pods. Unfortunately, my cards and even PayPal was getting rejected. Desperately trying to finalize the payment, I set up some more accounts, and tried different cards on them, hoping that will solve the problem. Finally I called the customer service where I was able to order everything on the call, but again - all payments rejected and no one knows why. The agent told me to call again the next day which I did - I have spent 1,5h on the phone in total waiting for them to figure out the situation, just to get an information that I am BLOCKED because I have too many accounts. I said - yes I do, I was trying to pay the day before, feel free to delete them, leave one and let me pay for God’s sake. In the consequence, they have blocked ALL my accounts including the one from 7 years ago that was connected to me only with the same shipping address. I just wanted to PAY. I cannot even emphasize how disappointed I am, I have never been treated this way by any customer service. Scandalous.

Had issues with vetuo since day one returned it twice and last week it went on fire nobody was using it.it literally started smoking and blew all the fuses in the house..It's smouldering went on for 40 mins after. no customer service email to contact also live chat useless plus nobody answering the phones

Subscribed and ordered coffee for the first time, didn't receive it in even 2 weeks. On the tracking page it was said it was sent back to sender, on the other mail it was said it was delivered yo wrong address. And that's all. Had to call them, ask them about their further action, otherwise noone would contact me! Had to pull each word from them - whether I get my coffee, or reimbursement, or what ?? Finally they said they would say my order again and I get it in 3-5 days. 4 days passed, tracking shows it's still waiting for pickup. The only thing I was told - sorry. They could at least offer an extra coffee pack as an apology, but no. Most likely, I'll turn back to my previous coffee vendor. Very upsetting experience.

Purchased aerochino 3 last year. Stopped frothing after 3 or 4 months. Called nespresso, did a video with them with ice method etc. Sent machine back as per their instructions and they sent me back my machine that still did not work. Called them back and they wanted to go through the same process again. They keep saying machine must be completely clean, Blah, blah blah. My machine is spotless. This frother froths sporadically. By getting it to work I have put machine in fridge to allow for milk and machine to be same temp. Also I have tried to put milk at room temp into machine at room temp. I have redone the ice method. These procedures do help it work sometimes but not consistently, therefore some mornings we have froth and some mornings not. ( very frustrating) It is fortunate that I love the Nespresso coffee otherwise you would definitely have lost a customer. Extremely poor customer service.

The brand 'Nespresso' would be regarded by most as THE home coffee maker... The market leader in easy home brew coffee. They must have a ton of money and feedback over the years... So, what's been done with it? App: Lucky if it works from one update to the next. Can't read about any of the coffees as you're choosing them from a list. Can't physically order without an error at the end of it. Then there's the 'My Machine' section which might as well not exist, impossible to get the machines linked and when you do it last a day and then it doesn't work anyway. Instructions and guides are vague at best. Coffee recipes are limited to Latte and Cappuccino. To summarise. The app is not worth existing. The Machine: Nice build quality, pours a fantastic brew, but the problems it has with the app means it's not a smart machine. You have to fend for yourself in terms of what the lights mean and what maintence needs doing. You can't even find a section on the app that will explain the different lights for the machine. I can't comment on customer service but I will be soon. Overall, I'd think about buying another brand if you want to maximise your "smart" experience

I purchased a Nespresso Citiz and after 3 months it had to be returned due to a leak where the tank plugs in, I explained that to the operator that took my call and after receiving the machine back it still leaked, I called again and was told the machine was tested and it made a coffee, I knew that, that's not what I sent it in for, I was then told that due to Xmas Id have to wait till January but I could be sent another tank to try, knowing it wasn't the tank, I am now thinking it would be better in the bin and ?I buy another brand, what happened to changing a faulty item over ? what happened to customer service ? very disappointed Nespresso !!

The tank leaked and I was sent several replacement tanks that also leaked-eventually I decided to grin and bear it. The coffee was never hot enough-I had the temperature increased by following instructions over the phone-it still wasn't hot enough. It needed descaling or having air bubbles cleared frequently-I seemed to be forever on the phone to customer service. After a year of this I cancelled my subscription and going to try and sell my machine. I thought it a total waste of money. Then when I cancelled I needed to phone several times as I kept getting emails from them. I am 71.

Absolutely disgusted! Put order in but their system wouldn't except date. Rang them up and James the clown CHANGED my order and put it through. He apologised and said he'd fix it before it was sent. He DIDN'T! Then after I received WRONG ORDER, he expected ME TO FIX HIS MISTAKE BEFORE I RECEIVED MY CORRECT ORDER. That was last Friday and STILL NO COFFEE! $312 THEY HAVE OF MINE FOR STUFFED UP ORDER! MONGRELS!

We visited your Bluewater Boutique today. Requested to sample one of the Vertuo expressos. The assistant could not have been less interested and was very unprofessional. My expresso was served in a large cardboard cup. Of course this is totally inappropriate and wasteful and expresso tastes rank from a huge paper cup. My husband requested a cappuccino whic again was served in a huge paper cup and instead of hot frothy milk , the assistant just poured a huge amount of ice cold milk on top. When this was questioned she offered to make another one again in drinkable because it was basically a huge cup of milk so the cofffee could not be tasted at all. Before my husband could say anything she just walked off leaving him standing there. If. Had not been a nespresso consumer for many years and if this had been our first experience of nespresso , there would have been no way that I would have purchased these very expensive capsules!!!! Anyway, I like my coffee so I purchased my usual favourite capsules but only six sleeves of Diavolito was in stock. Additionally, I requested recycling bags and these were also omitted from my order as I found out on unpacking my bag. This is really very disappointing and not at all what I would expect from this premium brand!

The product detail was not clear. I cancelled the order before it was shipped and they shipped it anyway. Customer service people were very nice but had very poor English so it was very difficult to communicate. I am very disappointed with how they conduct there business.

My machine stopped working after 5 months, they are replacing it, but has to wait 4 business days to receive the new one. Not having the possibility to go to pick up in one of the stores. It seems that only coffee can be picked up. Worst customer service ever.

Bought a machine 8 weeks ago, broken, did online call and troubleshoot for over an hour, they said had to be sent off for a fault. Came back in post with no info- still doesn’t work- contacted them and they said call up and do the trouble shoot again. You must be joking!!! Refund me or send a new machine. Appalling. Many cheaper coffee machines which actually work are out there!
