“I ordered my goods early in the morning and realised I didn’t require what I’d ordered later in the day after advice from a friend. The order was unfortunately already picked and packed, ready for collection when I called to ask if I could cancel later in the afternoon - so fast . It was waiting for the courier to collect ! Despite the obvious hassle that I must have caused, it was handled in the most friendly and professional manner by the call handler who cancelled the order, she could easily have said it was too late etc. I did anticipate or even expect a cancellation fee but received a full refund a few days later. Thank you for your understanding and patience and I would recommend your company purely based on your customer service and honesty alone.”

“We ordered a few samples which arrived quickly and were a good size. Decided on the Borneo, which was reasonably priced. Not disappointed when it arrived, looks lovely in my front garden. The only downside for us was the £60 delivery charge.. it’s a bit steep, and made me hesitate before ordering, most others charge around £40 for delivery.”

“We place a lot of value on the reviews of companies that we make major purchases from and so we were happy to see Neograss have a good rating. Good company to deal with overall. Just one wee niggle; our delivery was about two weeks later than the timescales suggested on the website. This wasn't a major problem for us (we were installing the grass ourselves) but customers booking installation contractors on the back of advertised delivery windows might be a bit annoyed. If delivery is going to be delayed, best to get out in front of that issue and let the customer know ASAP. That is the difference between good customer service and excellent customer service. Would still recommend Neograss to friends and family.”

Hi Craig, We do apologise for the delay. Unfortunately there has been numerous factors that have caused delays getting the stock into us from the factory this year. However we are now assured that things should be better moving forward for the rest of this year. We take on board your comments re letting people know faster and will endeavor to improve.

“I gave 4 starts because the customer service doesn't respond at all to my request by email, several emails sent ,no one has been replied to, live chat let you waiting over several hours but Thanks to Lady who l spoke to her on the phone and quickly the issue has been resolved professionally.
