“I used CDF Financial to help me sort out my negative equity problems I had found myself in after the collapse of the housing market. From the first meeting I had with Tom to the last email I got from Mark they were nothing short of brilliant, they were very affordable with an initial payment plan to easy organised to get the ball rolling. The were always easy contacted when I had a question or a worry they work a lot of evening hours and were always able to schedule in a meeting or quick phone at short notice. They made the whole thing very understandable and dealt with all relevant bodies and companies on my behalf. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone with any negative equity issues even just for an initial chat great friend professional and very knowledgeable company. Thanks again folks we would have been lost without you.”

“The fees seem expensive but when I think of the money I save in the long run (my buy to let was losing me 6-7000 a year before any repairs or maintenance factored in) and the shortfall was never going to disappear then it makes perfect sense. I opted for the Iva option to get my shortfall cleared and Tom, Colm, Darren and a special mention for Mark in particular were all first class and so easy to deal with every step of the way. Yes it was stressful in places, yes it took longer than I hoped and yes i sometimes wondered if it was not going to end but we got there and I’m now out of the iva and debt free. Keep up the great work guys you are desperately needed to help others in the same position”

“Absolutely Amazing!!! Tom and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with. I was so worried about my massive negative equity and really did not know what I was going to do. Getting in touch with Tom was the best decision I made. My whole case took about three months to be approved. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. “Tom and the team at Negative Equity simply helped me solve my situation in the best way possible for me. It began with an assessment by Tom of my financial situation and what I hoped to achieve. I was advised of the options available to me to help me achieve my goal. As soon as I had decided how to progress, then Tom and the team guided me through the system they know inside out, as they work with these financial companies on a daily basis and know exactly how they think and act. “Negative equity uk sorted my 2 Birmingham midshires mortgages which were in negative equity by about 50k each by doing an iva with them which was the cheapest option. All was very good I am now debt free and I would recommend them for all they done for me”

“Like some other reviews below, I agree it was a very very slow process at times but that could also be the nature of dealing with these types of situations as it doesn’t seem to be easy. I had struggled for years to get some good advice and with CD Fairfield’s advice and help I have now resolved the stress of the negative equity property for good. Also they got a settlement for the banks shortfall better than I had expected which has written off a life changing sum of money for me. Big thanks to Tom Dane and all the staff for their help and in particular I want to say special thanks to Mark for dealing with my “stress head” and constant questions and being so calm throughout - he was nothing but first class. Thanks again”

“Why bother giving this company your money to tell you something you already know. Either go bankrupt or hand back your property!! Save yourself a lot of money and go straight to an insolvency practitioner which they ARE NOT”

Dear Anonymous Thanks for the review but, you seem to be a bit wide of the mark! We are an insolvency practice and we have two IP's ( thats insolvency practitioners), if you would like to check the insolvency register you can see this for yourself, as a side we are also FCA licenced. We have 175 other verified reviews from happy clints explaining and outlining the settlements they that we have been able to get them.

“It took forever to get it sorted (almost 3 years!!) after being told 9 months when I started out but I’m really happy with the outcome. Mark was brilliant with his help at getting it sorted my wife and I cannot thank him enough. Money well spent to get rid of 15 year stress!!”
