“Ordered 4 bras in January, received 2 in February, 1 in March and have not received the 4th despite the website saying that the order has been fulfilled. Have sent numerous emails, and requests via their website, enquiring whether the last bra was ever sent, and have had absolutely no response!”

“Goods ordered 14 March. Payment taken 14 March. No goods received to date 11 April. No one answering phone calls. No response to emails sent via website. Complaint email sent - no reply. I have started a claim and investigation via my credit card provider.”

“I bought two bras and returned one by 1st class, signed for on 31October23. This was delivered and signed for on 1November. By 29November I still had not received my refund despite two so-called emails via the website. It is impossible to get hold of anyone at needundies as the phone line simply has a recorded message saying there is no-one available to answer. I certainly will not be buying anything from this site again.”

“Ordered 11 days ago, have tried to find out where my order is. Nobody available on the phone. No reply to 3 emails, although they promise 24 hour response Have they gone bust??”

“Ordered for my niece on the 17/03/23 still says order in progress , will not answer e mails two sent… will definitely not use this company again..”

“Ordered on 16th January, items still not sent, showing "in progress" on account details. Have sent enquiry 2 days to ago to ask what is happening no response. Can understand there may be a delay in supplying items, which I have paid for but wish they would let me know how long delay might be.”

“Have had 2 deliveries in the past week and as usual very satisfied with all products. Deliveries were slow to Spain this time but suspect the problems were with the Spanish postal system as it is pretty poor at the best of times. Also problems at customs following Brexit as Europe still cannot accept the British decision to leave and will do whatever they can to disrupt trade.”

“Jockey Y Fronts purchased at the cheapest price around, customer service was excellent as I had to return them as I’d ordered the wrong size... got my refund with 14 days so I’m going to order the correct size this time. Recommend Needundies to anyone”

“It took long time to be delivered, apart from that and the color, this is an excellent bra the best support bra I have ever owned, it fits and suppors well. Is only the color I have probleem with, i wanted it in black and the brown but they had it white”

“12 days from ordering to dispatch and then part of the order cancelled and refunded! I ordered only items showing as in stock, which clearly some weren’t. On emailing I was eventually told they were awaiting a back order from Germany. I have just ordered the missing items elsewhere to be delivered by Saturday. I know Covid has caused difficulties but they could have emailed me ages ago to let me know. I wonder how long it will be before I actually receive the items? Sorry, not impressed.”
