“I am quite new to Na'vi Organica but I am sure I will now be a regular customer. My order was delivered quickly and well packaged but more important was the contents of the package. I ordered organic Kamut Grass Juice Powder. I have used similar products before but the massive difference with Na'vi Organics is that this powder does not taste dreadful. It tastes neutral if drank in water instead of the awful grass taste which I have experienced with other products from different companies. Better still is the fact that I can put the powder in my usual fruit juice and there is no difference in the taste so I can enjoy my fruit juice. I know the health benefits of taking wheatgrass and to take it without pulling a face is wonderful. I highly recommend this product and I will certainly be purchasing it regularly.”

“I'm writing this in order to warn prospective customers. I've had a very bad experience with Navi Organics. I tried to leave a review on their website describing that experience but it has been blocked. There is no possible explanation for this (such as offensive language) other than that it was a negative review. The Navi Organics website has hundreds of positive reviews but I have been unable to find a single negative one so I believe they are systematically blocking them. I think this practice is dangerous and very unfair to customers so I will be making a report to Trading Standards and The Competition and Markets Authority.”

This is a protection system that most websites utilise to ensure the reviews system is not used by spammers. ​Reviews left via the feedback invitations we send out individually to customers following purchases are automatically approved and published (positive or negative).​ ​We do have negative reviews, and they can be seen on the website. Thankfully, the positive ones far outweigh the occasional negative reviews received. To give​ a full context of your 'very bad experience'. Your lid became stuck on a jar you were using. We responded quickly with a tried and tested recommendation for resolving the issue. You replied, stating that you were not willing to try our suggestion and that you wanted a new jar to replace your used product. Please accept our apologies for your very bad experience and that you feel the need to resort to leaving multiple negative reviews and report us to Trading Standards. We believe we provided you with an easy fix and are sorry you were unwilling to try it. We thank you for your custom and wish you all the best for the future.
