Absolute con artists who are blaming Brexit for delays in returns and refunds. The reality is they have stolen my money and I no longer have the clothes as they are sitting with DHL who have also not been able to get in touch with anyone at Navabi to resolve a query. I am now £200 out of pocket and desperately trying to get hold of someone to help. DHL have been trying as well to no avail.

This company lies about its return process. It is not free. For months I have returned 2 products worth over $900 and they said because the company in which they specifically use Dhl made a mistake they are not responsible for the mistakes dhl made even though they received it at their return shipping office. They sent back the item so I have to pay a double international return shipping fee. Thats dishonesty at their finest. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY TIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Look up there reviews and you will see multiple people with these return issues.

Tried to buy a jumper but there was no delivery option except express at a cost of£9.99 not impressed.

I purchased a dress back in August the dress was too big I tried to return it but it came with no return receipt in the box I’m still trying to return it they send me two weeks later return receipt but where about customs in Germany I’m still trying to get the form no one returns my e mails or calls I’m trying to alert German authorities to let them kno they are scam artists

the company clearly is failing financially and is having problems with working capital and cash. look at trust pilot site, they do not return the money for refunds. and the phones are no longer working either. i believe the company is on the brink of bankruptcy and is pocketing the funds, that belong to their customers. Hopefully german authorities will address this soon. Sadly i am one of these customers, i have been using navabi for years, but sadly it all went into the drain now

I ordered a lovely Ava and Orla dress from Navabi. Was told it had been despatched and was looking forward to receiving it. Two weeks later I got an email from Navabi thanking me for returning the dress and that my card would be refunded. I emailed them back saying I hadn’t even seen the dress, let alone returned it but have had no reminder 😡 looking at other reviews, I guess I’m lucky to have had a refund! Dreadful service

I would genuinely leave zero star if I could. Do not use this company, their customer services is slow and their policies are ridiculous. I placed an order with Navabi and was notified the next day that it had been despatched giving me a tracking number for DPD. When checked the tracking data stated that whilst DPD had received the parcel data they had not yet received the parcel. I waited nearly 2 weeks and they status didn’t change so I raised a query with Navabi as to where my item was. The responded 2 days later saying they would look into it, when no response came I chased again to be told the parcel was lost. I was told that if I wanted a replacement I would have to reorder myself, and even worse if I wanted my money back for the lost item, I would have to go through the hassle of downloading and filling in a document, then scanning and returning to obtain a refund. The form was an oath of trust to prove I hadn’t received the parcel! I refused to do this as the parcel clearly never even made it to the courier and that can be seen by the tracking data. I have been told unless I do this I am not getting a refund. I find the whole process prosperous, that I have to go to trouble to get my money back, when the parcel has never even left their warehouse to arrive with their courier! I will never use this company again.

Been a customer for years and had no issue until I returned 2 items to them on08/08/2019. Parcel Force tracking clearly shows that it was delivered and signed for by Marco on 08/08/2019 at 10.26am. I left it until 16/08/2019 before contacting customer service. Received email apologising and said she would look into matter and let me know what the problem was. Nothing. Stopped acknowledging my emails and now 13 days since my parcel was signed for I have not received my refund. On reading some other reviews I see that this is quite a regular occurrence. I am now going to write to their 2 directors and make official complaint as well as PayPal. Lost a loyal customer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY with no costumer service help at all!!!! Ordered something over £200 and they sent me the wrong item and no help at all with getting the right item to me!! Never order with them!!

My order was not delivered 3 weeks ago. Despite contacting the company 2 days after the alleged delivery (when they started sending me' feedback emails'), it took 14 days for them to start an investigation, which is estimated to take 3 weeks - a refund will be considered then. Customer services are unhelpful and 'have to follow the process'. Interestingly, there is no process to escalate a formal complaint - I was advised to look on the website for the names and address for senior staff if I wanted to do this. I have.

Ordered a blue Peter Luft got a revolting bottle green. Would be lovely if it was the right colour but don't think I shall wear this one very much

Service and quality from NAVABI is excellent. I am partially disabled and therefore not able to, nor have the desire to, trail from one shop to another. BUT. Navabi have stepped in and help me to continue to wear beautiful clothes. I have been ordering clothes for a few years now and not had to send very much back. If I have returned any order a refund has always been dealt with immediately. Thank you.

It has taken 6 phone calls and 24 days to get a refund from the company . They were full of excuses and I won’t be buying form them again!

As a plus size person who likes fashion and trend it's so frustrating to see the rails of old fashioned dowdy clothing designed for us. I was so fed up until I discovered Navabi. They have fashionable on trend clothing of a high quality. They are higher priced items but you get what you pay for. Fabulous website!

They make clothes for real plus size women. A huge range including elegant evening and practical daywear. The website is easy to navigate. Although coming from Germany parcels arrive within a week and if your purchase is over £50 postage is free. They also have an excellent returns system.
