“It seems to be getting more gravy than meat in it when I started buying it over a year ago which is a shame because I told a lot of dog owners how good value it was for a very healthy option for there dog”

“The food itself is nutritious and my dogs really like it. However, I am unhappy with the plastic containers and wish you could it could be packaged in a more environmentally friendly material.”

“We can't find very many foods that our dog can eat to suit his allergies and intolerances. But the grain and gluten free options seemed to tick all our boxes. The ingredients are really great. However I didn't count on my dog having an opinion! Unfortunately he doesn't like the tuna with chicken option, but so far seems happy enough with the others. Would recommend but for fussy eaters perhaps test out a couple of tins before buying in bulk like I did!”

“Good food but far too much vegetable content for my dog. Also it doesn’t need potato when there is rice. Makes it very carb heavy. Delivery was very slow.”

“I recently told you how much Pepper liked your food ( in fact I have no doubt that your food saved her life quite literally) after at almost 16 years old following a dental operation she was refusing all food till I bought her some Naturo trays. I subsequently bought 48 trays of your food - disappointed that I should have had in the box 4 Duck, 4 Chicken and 4 Lamb ( all with rice and veg). What the boxes actually contain is 5 chicken, 4 Lamb and only 3 Duck ( and Duck is Pepper favourite one.) I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that I didn't actually receive what I thought I was buying?”

“My dog loves his new food, the dish is always empty. Pity about the plastic trays, hence why I've dropped a star. More biodegradable packaging please Naturo :) other than that, very happy.”

“Our border terrier had to change from dry food to wet. She absolutely nails her food every day and the wet food trays really do the job. Like the fact that she gets poultry varieties.”

“Generally the food is enjoyed by my dog and the process of ordering and delivery is very smooth. However on this occasion there was one portion out of twelve missing and another portion was not sealed properly.”
