“My dog was brought up on raw dog food from a puppy he’s now 2 years old and although eats nature eventually still prefers his raw food in saying that I will persist as Naturo has the added vitamins”

“The food is good, my dog loves it. Delivery time is prompt. But they only get 4 stars because the cans ALWAYS arrive with some bent. Get a new courier please.”

“My dog enjoys the new recipe wet tins, and they seem to be good for him. He has a shiny coat and is very energetic. He has gone off the older flavours and often when i buy the 12 tin pack there are many damaged and knocked tins.”

“Great dog food, generally good service, unfortunately on this occasion DPD delivered the very heavy packages to my next door neighbour, even though DPD (same van) delivered a different item to my address! DPD service often leaves a lot to be desired.”

“Because my dog has a lot of allergies this food was perfect. However after having some problems I realised that some contents had changed without Naturo mentioning this on the website. If you're producing good food for dogs with allergies it's really important to update changes. I now buy the senior food with no problems”

“Great food for my French bulldog, her fur is now growing back after having a reaction to raw food. Just a shame not more products that don’t contain chicken as it limits her choice due to allergies”

“The food is excellent and the online service is very quick. My only complaint is that we always receive several tins or packs which are dented and occasionally to the point that air has got in and the food has gone off. This is usually the couriers fault but even within the well wrapped trays of tins we get lots with dents”

“10kg bag ordered & received on time each month but wish I could purchase dried food with the wet food in pet stores / supermarkets as I like to have different food tastes for my greyhound. Food smells delicious which is what attracted me in first place - Amber loves it all. Thankyou”

“i was really happy when i found naturo and was pleased with the variety, the fact it was grain free, low priced and that it was not just unidentifiable mush. My pup loved it but i have had to take him off it because it contains salmon oil and he is allergic to it. Otherwise it would be 5 stars”
