“We tried two packs from supermarket (chicken) before buying bulk amount as dog really enjoyed them and they smell delicious even to us , unfortunately we have only used two packs ( turkey ) since buying bulk , dog vomited two days on the trot after , we think turkey may be cause so will wait to pass judgment until other flavours have been tried , dog on light meals only at present”

“Food is very good and you can see and smell only high quality ingredients. Virtually saved my rescue dog's life as she came from a very stressful background and 'shut down' for four days when she first came to me. Vet was monitoring her, but I tried every food with her with little success, until I discovered Naturo and I put it in its tray inside her bowl down in front of the settee that she was lying on, and within minutes she crept off the settee and began licking, then eating the lamb and chicken wet food. And we haven't looked back... Our only gripes are the amount of packaging, and my dog finds kibble hard and unpalatable...🐶”

“The dog food seems good. My dogs like it and yum it up without issues. Subscription is reasonable- a much cheaper way of buying it. However, would be even better if they actually got my address right for once so I didn't have to go trogging off up the road to collect it from someone else's house. Luckily DPD were wise to it and delivered it to us correctly on the last occasion.”

“I have given 4 stars as my address wasn't written correctly on the delivery label and the carrier couldn't find my address. I was able to contact them and item was re-delivered a few days later. Unfortunately I received the wrong goods. I can only now praise Naturo for sorting out my problem quickly and courteously. My replacement order was sent quickly and with my full address on the parcel and the incorrect items were collected. I have set up a regular delivery and look forward to receiving the next order. We love the convenience of the food trays and the food definitely suits our dog. Very nice product.”

“Our dog has a very sensitive tummy and Naturo was recommended by our dog behaviourist. I placed a trial order which unfortunately took a while to arrive. I've just placed an order on subscription and hope this will arrive quicker.”

“Had to order a few boxes more than I wanted to get the free postage! Good service, tracking number didn't work , so contacted Naturo and it was sorted immediately. Thank you.”

“Food is great, dogs love it. Delivery is slow though and often turns up a bit destroyed - you need to use tape on the boxes”

“My GSD has v sensitive stomach and this wet food is fantastic!! Only problem, theres not a lot of options for chicken allergies as most cans mixed with chicken.”

“Unfortunately my dog has gone off the food. She enjoyed it initially however in her old age she is getting fussy. Delivery has always been very good and it is very well packaged.”

“My dog loves Naturo and this seemed a cost efficient and convenient way of ordering. My only gripe is with the amount of packaging involved. Yes, the canned food arrived safely, but I’m not sure I would reorder because of the packaging used.”

“Great food, decent price. Packaging could be better; I get five boxes of grain free and they come in three cardboard transit boxes. The transit boxes are often falling apart when they arrive. Also, the glue holding the boxes of 12 trays closed is not sufficient so carrying them flat is required else they spill out and the individual trays can break open when they hit the floor.”
