Our comprehensive range of natural insulations include Thermafleece sheep’s wool insulation, Thermafleece NatraHemp - a plant fibre based hemp insulation, Steico wood fibre insulation as well as Thermofloc Loose Fill insulation made from recycled newspapers and SupaSoft Insulation made from recycled plastic bottles. We also offer breathable lime plaster for interior walls, battery powered loft lights, insulation membranes and tapes and loft legs which allow you to board the loft without compressing the insulation

“I bought some sheepswool batts to top up the insulation in my loft. The Batts arrived pretty quickly and were easy to handle as I pushed them one by one through my loft hatch. Much nicer than ghastly fibreglass or Rockwool.”

Material was well packed and very easy to cut it is easy to clean up as product does drop a small ammount when cut. “Really lovely insulation to work with with no fear of inhaling nasty particles or getting them on your skin. Yes, like other comments, sheeps wool does smell, but it's actually quite nice! And it's only noticeable when you open the loft hatch. I'm sure it'll ease off over time too. Expensive - but it's a quality sustainable product with great insulative capacity.”

“In regard to 'Supersoft' 100mm thick rolls made from recyled plastic bottles which I used for loft insulation - this is a relatively light material, easy for DIY installation and importantly it does not cause any irritation to skin. Upper-storey rooms are notably cooler in summer as compared to previous standard fibreglass. A second layer applied a year later to achieve 200mm (300mm to previously hottest room) has further reduced summer extreme heat within the upper-storey rooms. The seemingly superior quality of 'Supersoft' insulation easily outweighs any additional cost of this material over and above fibre-glass. It's very satisfying to be contributing to the re-use of plastic waste at the same time as benefitting from lower heating bills.”
