I see a lot of reviews with poor feedback here relate to a bit of a misunderstanding about who is liable to support a product defect after the point of purchase. In the UK, the consumer has a right to return a faulty item for 30 days, or maybe 28...(don't recall) to the retailer, if there is an issue. After that period of time, any defect with a product is handled by the manufacturer under its warranty. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not the retailer (unless stated otherwise at the point of sale) We've actually had a really good experience with Natrual Baby Shower, the after sales support in our case was exceptional - prompt, polite, listended to the issue and resolved it and even replied on a Sunday. Not much more that we could have asked for! Will definetly be coming back to them as both my partner and I were really impressed with the service. Very happy customer here :)

Awful experience, parents should avoid I would strongly recommend all parents to avoid buying ANYTHING from Natural Baby Shower. I am astonished to see so many positive reviews on this site. I really wonder how they can be. I certainly dont recognise them from my experience. They have been incredibly unhelpful regarding a faulty product I bought from them. The leg rest on a bugaboo buggy suddenly snapped whilst our toddler was sitting in it. This left exposed metal ends but luckily our son wasnt injured. I have sent them very clear pictures, but they just hide behind the manufacturer and pass responsibility to them. They even tried to fob me off with an outrageous and unbelievable denial from the manufacturer who they said alleged the break was caused by an "external force". Of course, no elaboration whatsoever on what an "external force" could be. It's a very convenient phrase for avoiding any responsibility in life, it's not our fault, it was an "external force" that did it ! Natural Baby Shower won't do the RIGHT thing and replace it and then take the issue up with their own supplier Bugaboo. I'm their customer and put my trust in them. I had a frustrating series of exchanges with their customer service team, they are just repeating evasive scripted responses, saying they cannot replace the product "at this time", they cannot override the manufacturer. Of course they can, nobody stops them from stepping up themselves and doing the right thing and replacing the buggy themselves and then taking the claim up with their supplier. But they want their customers to lose, not themselves. The worst thing is they are also pretending to be helpful and saying they can put me in touch with the manufacturer, as they want to get rid of me. I definitely will never buy a single thing again from this company and I'd advise other parents to avoid them also as once they have your cash, you and your family are on your own

Terribly disappointed. Purchased a Cybex car seat that cracked after very light use. Has taken almost a month and the seat hasn’t even been collected. I have had to buy another car seat to use in the meantime. I have asked for a refund which they have refused. It’s obviously ok for this company to leave you without a useable car seat and to have to buy another while you are waiting for the faulty item to be ‘repaired’ and quite honestly who wants a ‘repaired’ car seat. I do not feel safe ever using this item again. A very expensive exercise. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company or Cybex.

I do not recommend this company, they treat their customers like an idiots , ordered a few things on Black Friday, at the time of placing an order all items was in stock, I choose next working day dispatch service as I needed those items for travel, on Tuesday I am checking status of my order - half of my order is not dispatched yet other not even in stock and will be available at the end of the month! Rang customer service and the girl on the phone told me it was my fault not placing and reading order correctly! I have 25 years of experience working in customer service myself and never had such a bad experience like with this company. Nevertheless to say I have cancelled my order and never will come back again.

Natural Baby Shower take no responsibility for faulty items over 30 days old - don’t make the same mistake I made and purchase high ticket items in advance of your babies arrival ! My £350 car seat (Nuna Arra) didn’t work when returning from hospital and because it was over 30 days old, they said it wasn’t their policy to refund. They liased with the manufacturer, Nuna who have since told me every excuse under the sun why it doesn’t work. From not pressing the latch correctly to not installed in the car correctly. I’ve had to buy another car seat else where and wave goodbye to £350. I’ve been treated like Im stupid. Please see my video Nuna Arra Review to see what I was dealing with.

Requested a price match here as they stated all over the web that they guarantee it. I sent them a like for like exactly the same product price match and they stated they cannot give it. The product is in John Lewis for £360 £134 less than the one they are selling. Just be careful who you buy from! They do not guarantee price match, they are just a money grabbing company I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Try other companies first they seam to be offering the same branded manufacturer products but at alot cheaper price!

Ordered a toy for my granddaughter a week ago, still waiting confirmation of dispatch despite item allegedly being in stock. Other stuff ordered online same time from Amazon, Eufy and Whisky Exchange all delivered beginning of last week. Not impressed

Brilliant, proactive, informative, and caring customer service.... not sure why the same person is allowed to keep posting the same 1 star review on this site FROM AUSTRALIA, time after time about the same late parcel, bringing their normally great review rating down

After one month and paying 20 dollars for a shipment that barely weighs 50grams still no news of my product and company doesn't accept refund. They want me to send the product back. the product worth 30$. Terrible customer service.

I popped into store to view some products, the team where so well informed. I later spoke to their customer service team as there was an issue with my delivery, they resolved my issue immediately. It's nice to find a company that goes above and beyond for their customers.

This shop is a breath of fresh air. Expecting my first baby I always have many questions about different products and recommendations of which the staff are always on hand to help answer for me, nothing is ever too much trouble. I love visiting the natural baby shower whenever I’m passing to pick up some unique and gorgeous bits for the little one. I couldn’t recommend this service any higher. Thank you to the team at the natural baby shower

I bought cybex priam in this store. I got broken, I dismiss the complaint. I was cheated that he was repaired, he returned to me still broken. I advertised a second time, I still do not recommend difficult contact with the store
