“My business had to urgently send an item from Manchester to London within the same day and Nationwide Courier Service offered this, they turned up when expected and delivered very quickly! The driver was friendly and polite. I will definitely be booking again!”

“Excellent service as always from Nationwide, special mention to Megan for yesterdays urgent same day collection/delivery, ensuring it got picked up and delivered despite obstacles being put in the way at the collection and delivery address, backed up with regular updates whilst it was sorted. “I called late in the day for a collection and drop off by 5pm. Samantha was so helpful and honest about the time it would take as usually they say collection within the hour from the phone call but she managed to find a driver within 15 mins of collection address and the package was delivered with plenty of time to spare. I was even able to text the courier additional contact details. Plus it was the best price of 3 that quoted me!”

“I had to send an oversized package, Nationwide collected promptly and delivered the same day. Excellent service and easy to book online. I had a couple of queries that customer service dealt with by email. I was kept updated from collection to delivery. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.”

“We couldn’t be more impressed with the service received in collecting a passport from a remote Brecon village and delivering it to us in Banbury within 4 hours of our initial call. Astonishing. It now means my sister-in-law can fly to New Zealand tonight! We would like to commend the courier, Matthew Jahandar, for his attention to detail, speedy delivery and courtesy.
