“Also scammed which is a shame as I ordered two things that arrived no problem, obviously got into financial trouble”

“These guys are criminals. They promised to deliver a £533 bath within 7 days. Once I paid they never replied to me again. They never picked up the phone. They they never delivered my bath (been over a month). I was lucky to be refunded by my bank. Don’t buy anything from them. There are 100s of cases like mine.”

“THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. TAKES MONEY, NO COMMUNICATION, NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND. LOOK ON COMPANIES HOUSE, LINKED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT ALL DONT ACTUALLY EXIST AND LINKED TO THE SAME INDIVIDUAL PERSON. EMAILS RECEIVE (IF EVER) COME FROM ANY ONE OF THESE COMPANY EMAIL ADDRESSES EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANIES ARE LEGALLY DISSOLVED AND PHONE NUMBERS EITHER HAVE YOU ON AN INFINITE WAIT OR AUTOMATICALLY PUT YOU AS NUMBER TWO IN THE WAITING LIST TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU WILL GET THROUGH BUT AFTER HOURS, NEVER WILL. BASIACLLY ZERO COMMUNICATION AT ALL, THE COMMUNICATION THAT WAS RECEIVED WAS A LIE (EACH TIME SAYING WILL DELIVER NEXT WEEK BUT AFTER 4 MONTHS, NOTHING) NO DELIVERY NO REFUND NO RESPONSE”

“Ordered a Roca basin unit, took the money,.. no acknowledgement, no confirmation, no copy invoice and NO DELIVERY! chased on many occasions, no response from ANY email address, or ANY of the phone numbers I managed to find... should have realized there would be a problem when no noticed no phone number on the main page!... have now had to pass to my bank to reclaim the money... I find the information listed for Nationwide reviews as laughable! communication channels - no response and live chat is a bot! queries resolved - NEVER Returns & refunds - never delivered in the first place! so poor in this day and age... these sites give online retailers a bad name!!”

“This is 1 because I must give something. Appalling service regarding a promised refund. I see chat function has been removed recently and their phones have never worked. I have applied for a Chargeback refund via my credit card company and suggest for anyone waiting on money you do the same. Do not trust this firm with your order.”

“This site must be fraudulent. Like most other customers I ordered an Imperial loo seat in October 2022 -still not received. The company does not answer emails and gives no telephone contact at all. I have now contacted Trading Standards and BBC and suggest all of you with the same problem do the same. Definitely do NOT buy from this company.”

“I ordered a bath mid February and was advised delivery would be within a week. I've been in touch since then and was advised that someone would organise delivery ASAP however, since emailing and trying to contact them on a number of occasions no one has responded to my emails or messages and have had no further contact. I've had to delay my bathroom fitter without any indication when the bath will be delivered. Absolutely appalling service given I have tried email, live chat & phone but nothing at all...very disappointed!”

“You will see every review is 5 star or one star. My guess is the one star ones are genuine, five stars posted in by the company. They take your money, do not deliver and are unreachable; try calling them to place an order if you need to verify that.”

“Extremely poor service, promise after promise. Despite constant reassurances for 3 months Nationwide Bathrooms failed to deliver £900 order. Now another 2 months and still no refund. Appalling service on all fronts, emails ignored and phone calls kept on hold until it cuts off. Now going through legal avenue Small Claims. My advice - stay clear of this company.”

“Unbelievably bad customer service. I had an item missing from my order, I have tried to chase this up on the live chat, via email and by filling in online forms, yet I still haven't heard (~2 weeks) from the store or been contacted in any way. This is theft. There is no phone number to contact the store, they have taken my money and not provided me with the product sold.”

“Dreadful customer service. I have been waiting 11 weeks for a refund as Nationwide Bathrooms could not fulfil my order. I have phoned, emailed, webchatted, many times to get this processed, but nothing from them at all. I am now contacting them every day to get this sorted. But still nothing.”

“ordered shower tray at beginning of January. 7 days later told that it was no longer available and offered a refund. 2 months later still waiting for refund although regularly chasing. Not sure if this is a scam company but have asked trading standards to investigate and take action. Do not trust this company”
