“delivered quickly and efficiently. However, was disapointed and surprised to find that there was no bulb with the lamp. This was not explained in original blurb.”

Hi Many thanks for your message This was not put in the description as with all LED fittings the LEDs are built into the fitting Hope this clarifies the situation

“Did not manage to obtain what I was after. Placed the order online, which was accepted. Then received an email stating that the lamp was obsolete. My refund was processed efficiently, but why have orderable items on the website that are obsolete? - this is a waste of everyone's time.”

“An extensive range of lamps available here. I needed a 6V E10 base ac lamp to replace some old lamps on some Christmas decorations. Found some LED lamps which were just the job. They kept me advised that they had only 4 in stock (5 ordered) and if I wanted these delivered immediately or in 2 weeks when new stock was due in. The lamps duly arrived as agreed when new stock was in.”

“Very efficient service. Couriers threw parcel over very high gate so I called national lamps, they told me to call if any problems with goods and it would be sorted. Excellent service.”
