Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “Nick Murray ,your engineer did a very good job and my door is now working perfectly. Please please tell him that we addressing customers to call them either Sir.Madam or by their actual name. I do NOT like being referred to as 'mate' or 'pal' which I think is extremely unprofessional, disconcerting and poor manners and you should pull him up over this. I also feel very patronized and made to feel very small!! It is part of the 'no names' culture exhibited by a lot of young men who copy and learn from other silly men who use this irritating habit - it is NOT right!! I won't be using you again because of this!”

“Easy to book the appointment and were accommodating when I realised that I had given the wrong make for my cooker!! On the day, the guy turned up bang on time, identified the problem straight away and was able to get a part and fit within minutes. Reasonable rates as well. Works fine now :)”

“Our cooker extractor fan was no longer working. Found NAC online. Very easy to deal with. Appointment on the day I requested. Clear information regarding call out fees. Engineer rang early morning and within 40 minutes, he'd arrived, located the issue, repaired it and left! Very good experience. Excellent price compared to manufacturer cost. Definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service- next day call out when my oven broke down, diagnosed them daily, we ordered the part from their website and they arranged to fix it week later- engineer was goo and helpful he took less than 30mins to replace the grill element. Thank you”

“On calling NAC to report the problem with my dishwasher, I was dealt with swiftly and courteously. I was told exactly how much I would have to pay and was given an appointment for the following day. Danny came within the timeslot I had been given and had quickly discovered the problem and rectified it. He was very pleasant throughout, explaining everything to me. “Ben,engineer who came, was efficient and very pleasant and traced and replaced faulty element immediately but had to come back with correct cooker bulb. I did tell NAC model number of cooker for correct bulb and this had to be ordered after initial visit. Ben came straight back and fitted correct bulb.He came when he said he would, which is unusual in my experience. I would definitely use him again. Very satisfied.”

“It was easy to book and engineer and for a time that suited me. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and had a replacement part in his van that he was able to install efficiently. The appliance was tested before he left. A fair price for the call out and replacement part too. Woud definitey recommend.”
