“My advice to anyone thinking of using this company- don't! What an absolute shambles. 6 months of pure stress to complete a vacant possession bungalow sale. Kimberley Kong was our Solicitor, and apparently also the Director. She didn't respond to emails, phone calls or left messages without constant pressure from myself. The information she did impart was given too late, causing significant delays in completing. I had to send the same documents over again and again as they don't appear to have a filing system that stores said documents. The amount of money I had to spend on recorded delivery was ridiculous, and none of it was reimbursed even though these extra costs were caused by their incompetence. Every day there would be a new battle to face with them, and it became that ridiculous that in the end, I ended up liaising with the buyer and their Solicitor directly to get what they needed in order to complete the sale. My overall opinion of N Legal? Useless, unprofessional and rude. Stay clear, it's just not worth the stress!”

“Completion on the property I was selling was the 11th June 2021 here we are almost 3 months later and I am still waiting for my money from the sale some 163k. This is causing such stress to both myself and my wife.”

“pathetic solicitor needs to be struck off the roll. does not know how to deal with property unresponsive doesnt care about clients go elsewhere”

“N Legal are amazing I have used for over 10years, and each time they have been time bound with everything, I have always had value for money they have been focussed on tasks in hand and also have time to take your call and explain in detail anything you are unsure about. Prior to NLegal being recommended I used other solicitors but was unable to get hold of anyone and was lucky to get a call the next day. I like value for my money and that's what you get, at times more value, listen there a great team you won't be disappointed believe Micheala 😀”
