“I've been waiting for 4wks for a delivery that still hasn't come, and their admins still havent even provided a single update of when to expect my order or if theyre going to resend something. Even if they send it now, it means I will receive my order minimum 6wks late. Avoid this merchant, poor customer service and delivery.”

“NEVER ORDER FROM MYPROTEIN . ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS and i haven't received my order yet . There is no facility to call them or to talk to them directly . Soon i will be sending them a LEGAL NOTICE for my refund .”

“Dear Friends, Free advice. Go for Muscle Tech. Never buy My-protein supplements. My Protein delivery system in India is very poor. They take years to deliver products. I’ve had the worst experience with them. The final decision is yours but I would suggest ‘Go for Muscle Tech’. The best brand in the world. My Protein India, never deliver orders on time. Take months to deliver your orders. I booked my order on 11th November. Today is 06th December. It's showing in the process for the past 25 days. Just imagine. They are neither returning my money nor sending my order and there's no customer care number and on email these assholes, reply with exactly same lines every time. They don't value their customers. Avoid them to teach them a lesson. Avoid buying My Protein from their website. Many distributors sell Muscle Tech. The best brand in the world. Completely avoid My Protein... Worst experience. I am sending them a legal notice soon. They are taking customers for granted. How dare they can hold sometimes money and dictate terms. It's time to teach them a lesson. Regards!”

“Horrible service, I ordered for my brother Protein and Keratin, never arrived, we were at home waiting and said that was already delivered, which left us in Shock, we went out no one there and nothing there. The picture that was left was a joke, since then we have been emailing with them back and forth, they keep sending the ball around from one place to other, bu no one with a clear answer, we have asked for a refund as we have been waiting since the 24th October, a very bad joke... Honestly after years of ordering from My protein in Spain, definitely not going back to order with you ever again, and still waiting for the £30 to be refunded. Looking forward to hear from someone who is serious as not letting this go”

“Very poor company sent only half the order the other half was missing and one pack within that order was split open try contacting them they wasn’t the slightest bit interested definitely won’t be ordering from this company again”

“They are laying that items I returned are damaged and missing, but I took it a video that I only opened saw the wrong size, and repack them and sent them by the post. They do not return money. I was waiting for 2,5 months for return”

“NO SHOW DELIEVERY I am extremely disappointed after using MyProtein after not receiving my package which was claimed to be delivered by Hermes in a safe place on 26.06.2021. After using their messaging service on my account I have been sent the same generic message starting the process over and over again 6 times by different advisors. After filling in the same information the 3rd time told to wait 48 hours for a conclusion of the investigation to which I waited and then pushed back to the start. Highly recommend any potential shopper to consider using a different company!”

“I order my protein snacks from this website. Or used to. With my last order, I received 2 items with past due dates (entire boxes..). I opened a complain on the website with pictures attached and the response was for me to explain the issue again (they're off, Sherlock...) and tell them (again) expiry dates and batch number. Poor service and poor quality. If I hadn't checked the label, I would have eaten food that was off. Will never order again.”

“200 mg tablets of Caffeine. I lost my sense of taste after taking these. I reported the occurrence to My Protein, it was agreed that I should return the product. They sent me a Returns Label which I used, the item was received 2 days later. My refund.....go on, I dare you to guess?!!? So, several weeks later, not a word from them and no refund. I did use PayPal and will use them to expedite the missing cash. DO NOT GO CLOSE TO THIS OUTFIT. I lost my sense of taste for a full week. I would not like the same OR WORSE to happen to someone else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!”

“My Protein main branch should close down & revoke the license for MY PROTEIN ROMANIA!! I've been waiting on a return for nearly 2 months, there is hardly any customer service available, the one woman 'Valentina' that answers on the Facebook page fortnightly never actually helps I am starting to wonder if she's an automated robot. Their emails for returning items contain 0 info on how you should carry out your return or where to take your parcels so you end up running around the city like a headless chicken from DHL to Cargus to some other Cargus Center... and then wait for nearly 2 months and the person that should represent CUSTOMER SERVICE hasn't got a clue where your parcel is!! It's a ridiculous carry on and it totally hinders the upstanding image of the brand.”

“Don't risk your money. You have a very high chance of receiving the wrong product. I bought caffeine TABLETS. The page as well as the LABEL said TABLETS! Inside were capsules. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but I wanted tablets so I can split the dose. I threw them away without even attempting to test it out, because I don't trust something that people can potentially overdose on and die that was mislabed. I have been asking for a refund for the past week. I go on to their instagram and they continue to make videos without addressing my concern. VERY fraudulent company. Don't trust them.”

“My order never shipped (waited 3 weeks or so) and I was given a runaround of 2 weeks or so when I requested a refund. My suggestion to all of those who are trying to get a refund but aren't getting it, dispute the transaction through your bank. After I disputed the transaction I say that within 5 business days I received my refund. I do not recommend anyone do business with them.”
