“Excellent pillows worth every penny”

“So far so good! I have struggled with pillows for ages and haven’t been able to find any I liked. I have really loved the hybrid bamboo pillow so far - I’m sleeping much better. It isn’t too hard or too soft.”

“Purchased a mattress last May 23 and was so delighted with it, purchased another for my guest bedroom. Love the comfort, ease of ordering and a great customer service where the phone is answered with no long call queue and I can understand the person on the other end of the phone. Special shout out to Callum who assisted me recently. Well done Panda. Don't change anything!!!”

“Twice in a row received defective products which makes me question the quality of items. First one was duvet covers, which tore apart & lost buttons after 3rd wash. Received replacement for it, however they put incorrect address and it went to someone else. After finally receiving it, can again say that price is not worth the quality as buttons loosens up so easily, already lost one and second is about to fall off. Had to sew it myself. Second item was Cloud duvet, which also arrived defective. Missing a loop on the side, which is even more inconvenient (to pack back and send a whole Super King sized duvet). It is physically hard. CS didn't even ask if I would like a replacement and send it out. Now Im stuck with 2 duvets that needs to be send out. Also, cloud duvet is definitely not for 4 seasons, how it is advertised. It is pretty warm/hot with it in winter and see no difference from a £40 Ikea duvet. CS is great, however they completely ignored my last message asking them about how to pack it and if it is fine to use different box.”

“My husband and I were finding our good mattress a bit firm and felt that a suitable mattress topper would help. Having discovered Panda online, I checked the reviews and opted to purchase a Memory foam topper. Amazingly I received it within 24 hours of ordering. I gave it 3 days to expand before use and we looked forward to a good night's sleep. Unfortunately it just didn't suit us, though we tried it for several nights but it was too firm and we just stayed on the surface rather than sinking into the foam. We were so disappointed as it is obviously a quality product. When I contacted the company, I was really impressed at their immediate acceptance of my explanation and refunded my payment, as was promised in their advertisement within 2 days, allowing for a weekend. This is a wonderful company to deal with and I recommend it very highly. Thank you Callan for your friendly and helpful communication.”
