“So disappointed. Bralette straps slip off your shoulders continuously and whatever you do don’t then lean forward as you will pop right out! Skimpy on material. Colours are great though.”

“Bought boxers less than 6 months ago and they already have a hole in them, was told they have a 3 month guarantee. I've bought boxers from Tesco that last longer! Don't waste your money on these!”

“Seamless underwear disintegrates after a few washes. Following an interchange with their aftercare, I sent photos and sent them back in line with the directions in their email. They rejected both the damaged and unused stock and refused to refund their products which are faulty and not fit for purpose. Despite seeing the products before they were posted, they still refused the return when they received it. Staff are borderline abusive in their email tone. I will be proceeding under the Consumer Protection Act to get my refund on these products as Oddballs are simply not interested in helping, and have as much written so. If you're have a similar problem, I would recommend the same to you as it appears they do not care for their customers post sale. If you want to waste your time, Oddballs is for you!”

“I love Oddballs! I initially ought my husband some underwear - the quality is great and I love the colours. I then noticed that they sell bra-lets too so ordered a pack. I struggle to get anything comfortable as I have scars which cause discomfort. I must say that as well as being brilliant in colour and design, these have to be the best of dozens of bras and bra-lets I've tried. Definitely 5 stars from me”

They keep promising and blaming COVID, however all the other companies delivery on-time or before standard delivery timescales. Think this company don't have the money to keep stock, only order as they get money from customers. Poor service and quality products.”
