My Local Kitchen — each one is delicious. Not only are the flavors unique with each dish, the quality of the ingredients is noticeable and always consistent. Our favorite so far is the cod which came with a hearty risotto. We also loved the side string beans. The pork belly is also super tasty, accompanied by tender bok choy. Also worth noting is the portion size. We’ve never finished a meal going away hungry which speaks to the value for quality & price.
We’ve integrated two meals each week into our normal routine. Both of us work full time so it’s nice to mix in something special for whenever we’re too busy to think about what we want prepare after a long day in the office.”
“The fishcakes were very delicious, mouth-watering indeed, and fulfilling. I really enjoyed them. Lots of salmon to enjoy. I find that the onions inside give a lovely sweet and balance taste. The sauce complements nicely the fishcake and in the end was not as spicy as I feared so I enjoyed it too. Well done to the chef.
The packaging is very nice and looks eco-friendly with its paper and cardboard etc. However I find that there are a lot of pieces in the packaging, that we don’t use and bin so maybe you could try to streamline it and bring its cost down.
Overall a great experience for a dine-in.”
“It was a delight to find 'My Local Kitchen' at a nearby farmer's market. The deliciousness of the samples held true to the final dishes delivered with our first order, every detail carefully considered including that all the dishes that we ordered, from cod and risotto to plum clafoutis, could all be heated up at the same temperature, making final preparation very easy. The tastes are gorgeous, the presentation as good as the pictures.”

“The food is truly delicious. I'm a fussy foodie but I have yet to have anything from My Local Kitchen that I don't like. The dishes are full of flavour, interesting, clearly made with a lot of care, thought and pride and very fresh. Better than anything else you could order for home - and I've tried quite a few! I'm working my way through the menu but one of my favourites so far are the puff pastry pizza and the crumble....fish cakes a delicious too, and the miso aubergine. Absolutely delicious! Try them - you will not be disappointed.”

It was also very easy to prepare with clear instructions - just pop in the oven and heat up - and packaged and presented attractively in sustainable packaging. The portion sizes were good and we certainly did feel short-changed in terms of quantity. Ordering online was easy and the delivery arrangements efficient. Also, value for money considering the quality of what you get. Strongly recommended and we will be using My Local Kitchen again.”
