“I've sat in my god damn house for 2 days on the trott and Hermes has said that they've attempted delivery 2 days on the trott which is a complete and total lie this company has got to be the worst delivery service in the whole world and they constantly lie all the time about attempted deliveries. I've contacted Amazon and the seller I'm absolutely furious . No company should ever use Hermes delivery service ever for their constant lying to the customers.”

“Worse company in history. Lost 23 of my parcels last year and one was stolen by a hermes driver. They even tried to state they attempted to deliver one of my parcels at 10pm which is a total lie as I wirk in security and have five cameras around the exteria of my home and also have a cctv video doorbell. Not only that I can see my front door from my livingroom window and all cctv is recording onto a huge monitor I can clearly see. I'm not going to go into full details about this company as of data protection act 1998, but let me tell you, I've caught one of there drivers emptying there van full of parcels and had at least 40 parcels all lying out in the snow in a laybuy. The driver was clearly looking for a particular parcel. But that's no way to treat customers packages and it was snowing too at the time. One of my parcel was a regimental plaque 6ft by 4ft from my old army regiment sent to me by the captains wife when he passed away. The plaque represented our colors and battles our regiment had served in since 18 hundreds. Priceless item but stollen by hermes driver and never returned. Irreplaceable item of great value, history and ment do much. Stay clear of this courier company if I was you.”

“If you're considering ordering something online, I strongly recommend checking which company they use for parcel delivery. If it's EVRY, I'd advise against ordering from that website again. EVRY is the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with. They consistently fail to deliver on time, causing frustrating delays. Furthermore, attempting to resolve any issues with them is nearly impossible due to their lack of customer support. It's baffling how this company continues to operate, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable for a company of their size. Avoid dealing with EVRY to save yourself from the disrespect and frustration they bring”

“Let this be a warning to anyone else who maybe having a item handled by this outfit. If hermes are the courier company dealing with your order. Then shop elsewhere, that does not ship with them. They are absolutely horrendous & unprofessional. They lie, and the goods don't get delivered. In future I will not fall fowl of this useless outfit & wait for the day when hermes go under.”

“Just arrived home after being away for a month. A package had been forced through my letterbox addressed to another person with this person's address clearly printed. Somebody, I don't know who, had written my address on this package and delivered it to me. The person the package was for lives at Taylor Drive, Kettering. I live at Constable Drive, Kettering. The only similarity, we both have the same house number. I have just taken this person's package to her address. Unfortunately she did not answer the door or I would have explained the delay in delivering it to her. I would like to know who at this company decided to deliver this package to me. Taylor and Constable do not sound similar and why did they randomly decide to put it through my door!!!! The person's name was also totally different???”

“My item from Dunelm was not delivered.A message arrived stating that you couldn’t get into my property this morning. Well that’s lies as I have been in all the time waiting for it. You may have changed your name but your terrible service still exists. I am not getting the delivery service I have paid pay so I think you should refund me ( but I won’t hold my breath). I am hoping that Dunelm will sack you as you are not fit for purpose at all.”

“Company cancelled 2 of my collections from home no reason why! Also gave themselves a review of 5 stars on my account absolutely fraudulent I'm dumbfounded it's laughable how bad the service is. Also had an international collection booked 3 times they didn't turn up!! Driver has given no reason why and all they offer is to rebook”

“My package was sent from Germany to Lithuania. 2 months, 2!!! And after those 2 months i have saying on their tracking that it will be delivered today and it updates every day for 10days now.... run away from them!!! Better pay premium for dpd or better dhl.”

“Not a good company pay next day delivery and dont receive the item. Cant contact them as dont give you options as press to start chat but your not talking to anyone. This is bad customer service as dont make it easy to talk to someone and make a complaint. It human rights we can make a complaint. They should learn from complaint as that part of good customer service and principles. It seems this service does not care about it customer”
