“Fred Flintstone could give you a better delivery service than Hermes there just an utter joke always lie about attempted delivery and parcels always late and customer service is a bot that just says the same thing no matter what questions you ask”

“Delivery date and time quoted, waited in and no delivery. Hermes is the most unreliable delivery company I have ever used, never turn up and if they do they dump the parcel at the wrong address. Had I known the delivery was to be done by Hermes from this retailer I wouldn’t have made the purchase. Avoid using Hermes”

“Very bad service.Your staff they open the parcels and are taking items from there.I ordered clothes ,2 x and my items was missing from.2 of the parcels. The value of my missing item its around £75 and my question is,who its paying this money back to me? You are the worst company ever in the world. Always are delivering the parcels with delays and items missing, open packages. Worst,worst,worst”

“Hermes/Evri I have ordered various parcels from different places and I have received none of them Hermes/Evri are the worst delivery service ever they Changed there name from Hermes to Evri but there reputation is still the same every time I try to contact the I get to there digital recording from Holly Which is of no help. They don't have a customer services where you can talk to a human. This 8s a company that dose not care about people as they persistently lie that they have got your order and is on the way to you. Just to find out you get a message that says we where unable to deliver your parcel and there was no safe place to leave it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to go ? No wonder they have been voted as the worst delivery company”

“I'm always using eBay I order about 10 things a month...WARNING WARNING WARNING Hermes delivery company is the worst delivery company in the UK theres no way of contacting them. Nothing gets delivered by them,it's got to the stage that I contact the eBay seller and ask if thay are sending it via Hermes if thay are I don't buy it . Yodel ,royal mail all do there job this company Herms is terrible.”

“Tracking system updated with a delivery attempt that never happened. Delivery bumped 2 days in a row. It's in the lap of the Gods if I ever receive my parcel. Can't phone to enquire nor navigate the chatbot to any form of useful information. I hate Hermes.”

“No wonder our packages end up damaged. I live opposite a so called self employed hermes courier . Parcels are dropped all over the pavement til he deigns to throw them all in his mini van while annoying all the neighbours with blasting music. I use DPD or Royal Mail now !”

“Hi everyone, just to warn you, My harmes is the worst delivery company in the UK and if someone wants to lose their money or goods they want to send to someone, then they can use My harmes delivery company. The reason for this is that the seller I bought the battery from is very expensive for my solar system, the seller sent it with my harmes and the driver left it under my window which is on the main street and left it next to the garbage bin the same day that the garbage men are coming to pick up your bin.”

“Message on Amazon saying could not deliver. More info required. Complained to Amazon and delivery turned up in the evening. Bubble wrapped twice over and took ages to take wrapping off. Was a 5 litre can of paint. Yep you are right. Guess what. Paint can was leaking!! This company needs to be taken off Amazon books! Been with Prime for 15+ years. This is the company I’ve always had to complain about! Name change ain’t gonna help if you still try to cover up your supply issues!!”

“Paid to send a parcel then would not download the labels!! Only a Bot to talk to! Had to use Parcel force to due time scale. Now trying to get money back. It's a Joke!!”
