My Bespoke Room makes it easy and fun for anyone to use interior design expertise. We give customers access to a dedicated professional designer who will produce a unique, bespoke room design based on individual tastes and style preferences – all completed in a hassle-free online environment, with a fast two-week turnaround. We don't do jargon, pretension or snootiness. Instead, you get straightforward, practical advice, tips and guidance from people hand-picked for their loveliness. And whilst the designers at My Bespoke Room may be highly qualified, you won't need a Masters in Design to put their ideas in place!

“This is our 2nd experience with My Bespoke Room. We were lucky enough to be working with Head of Design, Lucy, who was fantastic. She took the time to listen to our needs for the space and came up with some ideas we would never have thought of. We absolutely love the final design - there are some great pieces and it flows together really beautifully. Thanks Lucy!”

“I've really enjoyed working with MBR designers Rosie and Iveta to decorate my first home, which is a new build so devoid of any character or interesting features to use as a starting point! I really felt like the designers listened to my requirements, even when I wasn't sure of them myself and they showed great patience in working up multiple options for me to consider. The only area for improvement I could suggest is a greater understanding of costs for things like window dressings (I assume flooring is similar). Window dressings took each of our rooms considerably over budget, which was a shame because it left us with less money to spend on the beautiful furniture and accessories that the designers had picked out!”

“Hi have used My Bespoke room before and Liv was my designer then and did an amazing job so I knew I wanted her back on this project for my daughter's room. Liv hit the nail on the head and knew exactly what my daughter wanted and suggested room layouts that I would never have thought of. Liv was brilliant at each step, was fast and had such stylish suggestions which really hit the brief and beyond.. Looking forward to bringing the design to life now.”

“The whole process has been fun and intuitive from filling out the brief to the online chats with designer Olivia and Shopper Remy. Liv felt like part of the family from the first call and was amazed at how similar our tastes were. She understood my requirements and has helped me put together a house that is functional with a 12 month old to care for but stylish and something to be excited to show off! Remy has been helpful and responsive and has organised everything so I just have to sit back and get excited for each piece of furniture that arrives. Would definitely recommend both of them”

“We worked with Betina on our designs for our one-bedroom flat. We found the whole experience to be excellent throughout. Well devised floorplans which helped us envisage the main work we needed to do on the space, following some excellent renders of how the space would look with the designs selected. Betina was super easy and friendly to work with and always replied promptly to any questions or concerns. Her overall designs were great, with some imaginative ideas we wouldn't have thought of, but that we loved. The Personal shopping service is also a nice touch and takes a lot of hassle out of sourcing your own products. Although we actually didn't end up completing this project in the end, after the building prices have increased- we have some beautiful designs to revert back to . And will be back to work with Betina and the team to realise our vision!”

“Having trialled My Bespoke Room previously with spatial planning, which was successful, I decided to try the Complete Design Experience for our master bedroom. My designer, Iveta T, went above and beyond to design the perfect room. The help I received exceeded my expectation and the end design is a triumph. It has been worth every penny.”

“Liz was absolutely brilliant in bringing our vision of our renovation to life, practically and with budget considerations in mind. She was always responsive, turned around proposals quickly, and was happy to evolve concepts when our thinking or requirements changed. The time she saved in sourcing items, meant we were able to focus on other aspects of the project knowing that we had a trusted advisor shortcutting us to quality items that aligned with the overall look and feel of the project.”

“Liv and Helen have been amazing in the process of designing my space. Liv has really interesting ideas that I’d never have imagined and we had lots of great laughs on the video calls! Helen Is always quick to communicate and always willing to help on the logistical side to get everything in place which I really appreciate. Thank you!”

“Erin has helped me with two rooms in my house so far and the experience has been brilliant. I guess I do have an idea of what I want but find the process of making decisions a bit overwhelming, but she has really helped me refine what I want. The shopping service is great too because it is so much quicker and less hassle than trying to keep track of everything myself. Highly recommended!”

“It was really worthwhile to use this service. I could not have come up with the layout ideas and furniture suggestions of Karine. I like that there was more than one layout suggestion also that were a number of ideas and alternatives for things to add to the room. I would use My Bespoke Room again.”

“I used My Bespoke Room for help in designing an open plan layout for kitchen/living/dining/utility. I already knew the sort of look I wanted but the most useful aspect for me was to talk through ideas to refine them and brainstorm with someone who knows about design, plus I am a terrible decision maker! Special shout out to Karine who was super, and had some great ideas that I have taken on board. You have to pay extra for home visits but all the fees are explained to you upfront. It was a really fun process too and I thoroughly enjoyed it.”

“We absolutely love our new living room which was designed by Rosie. As it was our first time using an interior designer, I was a little apprehensive at the beginning of the process, but Rosie put me at ease straight away. She took all of our wishes on board and came up with a beautiful design. Both Rosie and our personal shopper Laura were great to work with throughout the project. Laura was always happy to answer any questions and kept us well informed of orders and delivery times. It was lovely to see the design come to life and we would definitely recommend the friendly and efficient service at My Bespoke Room.”
