About My Bespoke Room:

My Bespoke Room makes it easy and fun for anyone to use interior design expertise. We give customers access to a dedicated professional designer who will produce a unique, bespoke room design based on individual tastes and style preferences – all completed in a hassle-free online environment, with a fast two-week turnaround. We don't do jargon, pretension or snootiness. Instead, you get straightforward, practical advice, tips and guidance from people hand-picked for their loveliness. And whilst the designers at My Bespoke Room may be highly qualified, you won't need a Masters in Design to put their ideas in place!

“I worked with Ria on two designs for my farmhouse and she was absolutely fabulous! I’m really happy with what all of her suggestions and ideas. She is a great listener and so is able to translate and filter ideas into functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs. Ria is also super professional and timely which makes the whole process smooth and effortless. Her attention to detail is remarkable, ensuring that every aspect of the design is meticulously crafted to perfection. Working with Ria felt like a collaborative journey; she valued my input and incorporated it seamlessly into the final design. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, addressing any concerns promptly and providing insightful solutions. Overall, I cannot recommend Ria highly enough.”

“This is our 3rd time using My Bespoke Room and I just can't fault their service! We came to them with a tricky brief to convert a fairly small nursery to work for 2 children with a 4 year age gab and our brilliant designer Laura more than delivered. She intuitively understood our challenges with storage and layout, adapted to our style and budget and didn't forget to bring the fun and aesthetics in. We (and our 3 year old daughter) are thrilled with the new design and can't wait to implement it over the next few months. I've always found that if a room has a tricky layout or any kind of problem that you're struggling to solve as a non-professional, MBR actually will save you money and give you an end result you're incredibly proud of.”

“So helpful and supportive. I truly had no idea what I wanted although I knew what I didn't want! It is an exceptionally difficult room to design as it has so many doors and and traffic areas through it. I didn't think it was possible but Diana came up with something I love. I am now slowly implementing it.”

“From our initial zoom meeting I knew that Liv was going to design me the dream apartment - my brief was ‘Carrie Bradshaw New York Loft’ and I also said I wanted colour as I knew if left to my own devices I would default to safe neutral colours!!! Liv has been an absolute dream to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the designs that she designed for me - I can’t wait to see them all come to life. I can’t recommend My Bespoke Room highly enough - such an easy company to work with and Liv is just a super star ⭐️”

“I'm very pleased I signed up with My Bespoke Room to help with the design of my kitchen diner. I was initially apprehensive as it was my first time using an interior designer. I bought my first house this summer and felt overwhelmed with the prospect of decorating the house. The whole process was smooth and efficient, from my initial consultation call until the final reveal of my unique room design. My designer Lois was a pleasure to work with and listened very well to my preferences and was able to deliver a design I was very happy with. It took a lot of headache and stress out of the process and made it much more enjoyable. I now look forward to designing my next room.”

“I contacted My Bespoke Room as I needed help with the interior design of the narrow, long entrance hallway of our Victorian terrace. Olivia (Liv) has been fantastic to work with. She really understood the style I was after, and made some audacious and truly compelling propositions. I bought 80% of the furniture and accessories she recommended in her final design (almost everything except for the wall art). I was so happy with her work that I contacted her again to work on the design of our children’s bedroom! Jess from the Shopping team has been very helpful, and responsive. She provided detailed info on certain items (such as material, return policy or dimensions). She was great in following up with my orders (some had longer lead times than others) and keeping me updated. I strongly recommend My Bespoke Room services. Their website and chat functionality are user-friendly, the team is friendly and professional and I like the transparent offering and pricing per room.”

“I am really impressed with the service provided by Liv and Jessica-Anne. Liv was amazing to work with, she understood our style and what I wanted from the room. She created a beautiful, calm, stylish room that we will be happy with for years to come. Her room design, styling and product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident I was in the best hands. Jessica-Anne was excellent at answering any questions efficiently, was always on hand to help and kept me updated with all the shopping info. “Shopping Service ab MBR - by Jess-Alice I wanted to add another review for My Bespoke Room as I found their service fun, professional and very helpful. I ended up with a lovely set of designs and a nice-looking (for me) flat. However, this time I'd particularly like to highlight Jess-Alice's service. She provides you with shopping/delivery/returns help and service once you know what you want to get. Jess has been invaluable at getting deliveries at the right time, working out where things are, having some items collected for return and generally being very nice about it all. If you go with My Bespoke Room, I suggest you ask for Jess-Alice as your shopping support assistant (and Olivia as your designer!) It's been a great pleasure working with MBR and in particular my designer (Liv) and having Jess-Alice as my shopping support has been wonderful.”

“My problem is that I like nice rooms and appreciate great design, but have absolutely no artistic vision whatsoever. MBR really helped bridge that gap for me. Our designer was friendly and helpful and helped us design our bathroom to exactly what we wanted and kept our budget in mind the whole time. We're already considering using the service again for another room.”

“Liv was our interior designer, couldn't have asked for a better designer to help to make our ideas come to life. She has understood the type of style we liked and executed in capturing our ideas as well as adding her touch. Throught the whole process, she listened carefully to make sure that everything we needed was included and made sure we was happy with the direction the hallway was going in. I am definitely happy that I have used bespokeroom to do my hallway and being able to use Liv's amazing interior design skills. I will 100% use Olivia for the next room in the house as soon as the hallway is completed. Thank you Liv for making this process 100x easier can't wait to fo another room with you.”

“Our designer Nicole was amazing and really brought our ideas to life. She took the time to understand us, what we'd like to get out of the room, and our concerns before putting together a great and achievable plan. She also took the time to answer our millions of questions and went out of her way to find solutions. We will definitely be using my bespoke room again. The whole experience with my bespoke room was seamless and stress free, the dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use, and everyone is very happy to answer questions.”
