“The application was easy to fill in but the letter required far too many characters for the job I was applying for. The job is for an exam Invigilatior yet I had to fill in 2000 characters which would be fine for a full time teacher/ teaching assistant job but not for casual hours I had to enter far too much detail and it would have been better if this was taylored to the job. one form does not always fit all.”
