Yikes, I'm seeing this is common theme with this company... someone needs to file a class action lawsuit. Total ripoff, paid, got receipt, no magazine even though it's DIGITAL, all they had to do was clear with the third party reader app. Customer service was NON-EXISTANT! Stay Away or loose your money!

Never buy from this company, they'll bill you for the items you purchased, but they will not mail you the items you paid for. Don't try to contact " customer service" the standard customer service staff "experiencing a high volume of traffic" nonsense.

Awful, useless non-existent customer "service". Won't answer the phone and you might get a reply to an email every 4 weeks if you're lucky. Have cancelled my magazine sub and they're still taking money from my account. Appalling!!

Just awful. The magazines are amazing, but the customer service... Well it's not fair to call it service. It would be better saying Customer No Service. They've tried to blame problems I've had on Covid-19, but I explained the problems I've had have been going on since 2019. And that's when I can actually get a response - which has only ever been on Facebook (they don't ever reply to my emails). Utterly unbelievably terrible. In this age of magazine subscriptions going through the floor, you'd think they'd be desperate to keep subscribers. This asks for a number of stars, with 1 being the lowest, but My Favourite Magazine deserves NO stars - simply because there hasn't been ANY customer service.

Awful website. It never recognises password or responds to requests. After 2 days still can’t get in. Will cancel debit as this is just a fraud.

Terrible Service 👎 I have ordered a single issue on February 14th which I still haven't received. They have stated that they have dispatched another magazine and to wait 28 days for delivery. This is now the 3rd dispatch of a single product which they presumably re dispatched. Meaning I won't receive the item until the beginning of June. I have asked for a refund as their service is clearly unsuccessful. They don't acknowledge this request and just hide behind their email that they have dispatched another issue to cover themselves for another 28days. Unacceptable.

These guys are nothing but scammers. They offer free gifts with subscriptions but they never actually send them. If you contact them for help staff become aggressive and refuse to help. Disgusting little company needs to be shut down.

These folks are a joke and have no business being in operation. I ordered a special edition of Guitar World for keepsake and framing purposes. I ordered two copies on December 3rd and these fools took nearly 3 weeks to respond to my email and say “sOrRy, We RaN oUt So HeRe’S a ReFuNd!” Meanwhile in those three weeks, I could have gone to Barnes and Noble and picked up two copies FOR LESS! I called all the Barnes and Noble locations around us and they were already sold out. Then I went ahead and just ordered the ridiculously overpriced bundle for $30 that just includes ONE copy. A friend on Facebook saw my post about my grievances with this joke of a company and offered to send me one from Canada. I took him up on his offer and was going to cancel my $30 bundle only to be told the next day that it has already been processed and shipped... SERIOUSLY?!?! NO COMMUNICATION! Now I’m out $30!

complete SCAM. be careful do not do business with these ppl, Isubscribe with a good promotion PC Gamer, after a month they cancel my 2 year subscription without my permission and ask for more money to keep the same subscription

Same complaints as others. They took a full year's subscription price at $15US an issue and I've received nothing. Customer service is unreliable and that's being kind.

I've made the order for Issue 258 on 29 Jan, they dispatch my order on 30 Jan, and I receive it by 1 Feb! Super fast process! ระหว่างรอของมาถึง หาอ่านรีวิวแล้วเจอแต่รีวิวแย่ๆก็ตกใจเหมือนกัน.. สำหรับเราเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากเลยนะ พนักงานเอาใจใส่ดีอ่ะ ส่งอีเมล์ไปถาม ถึงแม้จะตอบช้าหน่อย (4วัน) แต่เห็นได้ว่าใส่ใจจริงๆ

I placed an order for a single edition of a magazine two weeks ago and it still hasn’t turned up. I contacted customer services several times but they have been less than helpful so far. My advice is to shop elsewhere and save your money
