Quick application Would have been a lot faster if I was given a list of the approved car sales you use. I waisted 2 days searching for cars before I was informed.

My experience with my car credit wasn’t too bad. Their sales guys were very responsive and quick to get back to me. Jerome in particular kept me updated and made efforts to help find me a car. A negative point, is the lack of dealers my car credit are prepared to work with, which had I known this would have been an issue I would have maybe not done my finance application with them. I lost count how any cars I found that met all my criteria and my car credit refused to work with the dealers. Another negative is the lack of information given to me about who my car credit runs checks with prior to making an application. They got 3 companies to run hard checks on me which no doubt will affect my credit rating. Not happy about that.

The service from the team was good. Helpful and fast. Though bare in mind that they are brokers. However their AA approved garage that supplied the vehicle was utterly atrocious, so much so that after a week the vehicle has been rejected after major faults that were hidden have come to light. Now waiting for the finance agreement to be unwound and to start all over again The funders they have placed us with have been superb throughout this process and I will definitely use them again.

Poor communication not keeping the customer up to date also on the final piece of paperwork the incorrect VIN number was put to the finance company which delayed it even more. Stressful!!

Overall straight forward process and excellent service from my car credit but would recommend them having a process where the client can track the whole process online (from the application acceptance to money being paid out to the dealer) as it saves the client from calling my car credit for progress updates.

Initially the whole process was a nightmare. The person who answered the telephone wanted sacking! Called me ‘love’ and never passed on appropriate messages. If I hadn’t wanted this particular car then I’d have given up! Eventually I go through to a professional hooray! Things went great from there so thank you David.

I found the process frustrating and slow. Many different staff members calling me to ask the same quotation over and over. I got sick and tired of telling them my date of birth and first line of my address. The finance was needed for a specific date. They failed to sort it out and I ended up paying for the car myself in order to get myself home and then had to wait for the car garage to pay me back.

Nice and quick once the process was started although certain aspects of the application could have been clearer and no clear indicator of what would happen in relation to the finance if the vehicle would have to be returned under the dealers 14 day return/ exchange policy once received ?? (On writing this review I still have not received the vehicle a week on from the finance being paid due to the dealer backlog in preparing the car.) Also I had requested two quotes for different vehicles based on budget but only given the option to submit one? Hopefully everything will be ok once I receive the car but it would have been nice for some details to be clearer.

Dear John, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have looked further into your comments and can see that we contacted you promptly to progress your application. We requested an invoice from your dealer on the same day. However, it took several days for the invoice to be submitted to us, something outside of our control. We chased the missing paperwork on numerous occasions on your behalf whilst also keeping you updated on progress. In terms of the documentation, you will have been allowed to download this when you completed your digital signing. If you didn't do this at the time, you will need to contact your lender as we do not have access to your documentation. Josh was excellent but it didn't help to have an email confirming funds when in fact it hadn't been processed. Josh saved the day by getting the treasurer to make a separate payment

Very quick & easy to apply, however a bit disappointed on the high interest rate not at all what I was expecting as my credit score is rated by ClearScore as excellent plus your rates as advertised are a lot lower . I’m aware everything is subject to status but my Status is very good .

Very long winded process, I have used car finance 24/7 before and they literally pay out straight away same day not a 3 working day timescale. Maybe you should adopt this style especially in this day and age when you can send thousands of pounds instantly to any where in the world it seems a little draconian that it’s taking 3 days. My advisor was great though! Your staff certainly save the processes you have in place. The team are brilliant but I highly doubt I will use the company again. Please can I highlight again molly gee was brilliant a great asset to the team along with all the other staff members I spoke too, it’s just a shame there are limitations. I think it’s fair to say though that you did come to my aide when Zopa messed up and for that I am greatful!

Simon was fantastic , process started out smooth but stalled with myself chasing a lot, I have to say maybe consultants should not make promises they don't stand up to in terms of following through the full deal . All in all I now have a car at least thanks to Simon !

Applied for a car loan/finance not to long ago replied with an email. To say I'm accepted but not confirming the amount I'm entitled to...... Can some talk me threw the process.... are they a lender or if not can someone tell me potential lenders. Thank you guys, Jay

Brianna was a pleasure to deal with however the process I would describe as ‘clunky’ the process split over many separate phone calls and being asked to repeat the same information multiple times many times in a day sometimes even in the same phone call gets very tedious, one phone call I had to repeat my date of birth and address as security questions three separate times, I had to go through the same identity security check twice today going through the same questions. The garage supplying the car has given me the same feedback about the dealings from their end also.

During Covid lockdowns, there does tend to be an increase in criteria and security checks requested by the lender. We appreciate this can be frustrating but this is for the protection of all parties - you, the lender, the dealer and us, the broker. There were also delays created by the dealer sending through incorrect paperwork, which we then needed to resolve.
