“Andy understood the urgency in my situation due to my previous car having a major mechanical issue and need a car for work commitments, the application process was simple and I was contacted within 20 mins to discuss my options I found the car that I would like to purchase on their website and rang Andy with the details, within a few hours my financial agreement was sent to me and waiting for me to sign. After 24 hours I was driving away with my new car. Customer service and the speed of the service was perfect.”

“My experience with my car credit wasn’t too bad. Their sales guys were very responsive and quick to get back to me. Jerome in particular kept me updated and made efforts to help find me a car. A negative point, is the lack of dealers my car credit are prepared to work with, which had I known this would have been an issue I would have maybe not done my finance application with them. I lost count how any cars I found that met all my criteria and my car credit refused to work with the dealers. Another negative is the lack of information given to me about who my car credit runs checks with prior to making an application. They got 3 companies to run hard checks on me which no doubt will affect my credit rating. Not happy about that.”

“This was the first time dealing with finance companies for a car, and I was nervous. As someone who isn’t very patient, to say these guys were FAST is an understatement. It felt like one day I said I need to finance a car, next day I was being told it’s sorted. Everyone I spoke to was top class professional. I don’t know anything about cars I’ll be honest and they guided me through all the jargon and confirmed that I understood through each and every conversation. Price wise, I found them on a compare website and they didn’t give me anything about ‘oh would you also like this or that…’ just straight forward, here’s the price and this is what we can do for you. Honestly so happy with these guys, would recommend to everyone I know and to anyone who reads this. Class. Thank you guys for all your help!”
