Only one headphones works and took way longer than expected and instructions are not in English

Said in advert 3 - 4 days for delivery it took two weeks and the tracking was rubbish 👎🏼

The microphone is such poor quality it does not work at all 90% off the time ad the other person on the call cannot bear you and 10% of the time when it does work you yourself will hear a buzzing sound in the background and the other person will complain about not hearing you properly.

Everytime I tired to contact them I got to same email everytime. It took over 3 weeks to get me order to me. I will not be ordering from here again. Customer service is not good at all

Although these work fine with my iPhone 8, they unfortunately do not seem to be particularly compatible with my partner’s iPhone 11, who was the main person I bought them for. I can only get one earphone of the pair to work with her phone at a time when playing any audio, although the speakers in both earpieces seem to be functional. This is extremely frustrating.

They took longer than expected to arrive but when they did I was more than satisfied with them. They are excellent value for the money. Very Pleased.

Extremely disappointed, ordered them over a month ago and they still haven’t arrived, have been onto customer service who informed me they were on the way...... 5 weeks waiting!

They still haven’t turned up and I ordered them last Monday! Slightly concerned I’m being asked to review them as if they’ve been sent???

Whilst the black ones ordered, and received, look great, I have a couple of reservations. Firstly, there does not appear to be a visible charging / charged light on the case, as referred to in the barely decipherable instructions obviously intended for the white ones, so it's not possible to know the state of charge, or lack thereof, and secondly, they proved very difficult to pair with Android equipment, and once pairing was eventually achieved, they keep disconnecting, needing to be reconnected on a regular basis. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but the instruction sheet supplied certainly does not help. I was really looking forward to receiving these and using them, but have to say that I am not, at the moment, very impressed.
