Good morning Anne, Thank you for your order however sorry to hear via your review that you were unable to assemble the keyrings together so thought they were faulty. As the keyrings come in two parts, they have to be a tight fit to ensure that they don't open when in use and inserts fall out. It's a shame that you didn't contact us before sending the items back as we could have given you a tip on how to close the two parts together successfully. “Have had these many times before but through Amazon and always had a problem with insufficient packaging on "backs" causing corners to crack and be unusable. However now ordered direct and they came in wrapped packs of 5 and are so much better. Really pleased with them.”
