“Delighted to give 5 Stars for the product - seems to be as pictured on your site. However - yep here comes the negative - arrived today because held up in Customs for Customs Fee of €5.70. Add that to the cost of the item plus shipping in Sterling and the total is €15.40 - a long way off your £3.90 - compliments of Brexit!! Moral of the experience: NEVER buy from UK again. Thought for the day: we're neighbours but there's a chasm between our two countries in terms mainly of ideology, with trading one of the consequences. We'll never understand your Brexit mindset in leaving the largest market next door to your east, whatever about us this side ... as they say: it is what it is and you guys still argue over it. But ... do have a nice day!! :))”

Good morning Kyran, Many thanks for your order and glad that you were pleased with your purchase. Regarding your comments about receiving your order, I can understand your frustration however I'm sure you can appreciate that the import duties and taxes that your government impose when bringing goods in from outside the EU are out of our hands. Our website does deduct the VAT off the products and shipping costs which will help towards these charges however the rest is dictated by each countries government and by applying for an EORI number does help to claim back some of the charges. I'm sorry to hear that we will no longer be receiving any further orders from us in the future but do understand your reasoning for it. Kind regards Michelle My-Accessories.co.uk

“I always purchase my key rings, coasters and fridge magnets from My-accessories, as well as a few other items. I have always found the quality of everything exceptional, the prices I found are very good with discount for the more you purchase. Delivery is excellent I received my last order the day after I had placed the order. The one time I had a problem I found it was very quickly dealt with no hassle at all.”
