I enjoy your service and have ordered many parts from you. The only negative thing I can say is the lack of tracking on overseas orders. I paid the import tax a week ago and have no clue on the whereabouts of my order.

You don't seem to stock a lot of the items advertised. Simple things like a mk1 cam cover gasket(that doesn't leak). The parts that are out of stock take an age to be replenished.

Unfortunately with Gt. Brittan outside the E.U. custom changes and clearance have been introduced in Ireland and I have not yet received my parts.

I have recently purchased goods from Mx5 Parts. The parts came three working days after a bank holiday weekend, which is ok!. However product stock level’s are low and the website is not always accurately kept up to date. I did ring to buy more parts and was met with a less than helpful chap who couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. It’s such a shame because so many people in the MX5 community have had positive experiences with this supplier. Maybe I contacted them at the wrong time. ☹️

Nice service. But, for a purchase of 42£ (48€), I got the surprise to have to pay 28€ for the vat and the customs... argh...

Product was packaged well and arrived undamaged. But frankly customer service was not quite what i expected. Due to some issue, either the website or my gmail and another outlook email, i could not log into my account (did not receive any password reset mails. Neither did a completely new account in a different email system receive any activation mail either.). I missed the easter discount due to this. The issue was promptly solved by mx5parts sending a new password by mail, so there was quick action which is very much appreciated, but i was only able to log in after the discount period ended. A little bit of compensation for this was much appreciated since i was originally in time for ordering but i could not due to issues. I will still order again next time as generally their service is great from what i hear and experience! Robert

DRL's for NC Mk 3.75 Delivery was poor 1-2 days became 7 days. No useful Tracking info Until I made a complaint. The instructions are in German. Wiring instructions are not clear The light fitting does not come ready assembled. The holes to assemble the light fitting did not line up. The lights look good on the car and they work well
