Ordered a vinyl album. My online account showed the order as 'pending' with payment in 'error'. My card statement showed the transaction as complete. After 24h my order status had not changed. I called customer services (in a wait queue for 10 mins) and a very helpful lady took my query to the finance dept who confirmed payment. She manually released my order which was then shipped the same day and a tracking number provided. Must have been a timing glitch on their website. Customer service was wonderful.

Purchased a bass for £569.00 on 6th November 2022 then cancelled ten days later at their behest after being told delivery would be late January 2023 earliest. They supplied confirmation of the cancellation. I have contacted them 3 times only to be told to check my bank account. I have, daily, and you are witholding my money. County Court beckons. A sham of a company who will lie to you time and time again. Do not use this company. They are cheap but awful. They will hang onto your money for as long as possible. Absolutely immoral.

I ordered a guitar for my sons Christmas present on 12th November after it states on their website the product would take 2-3 weeks to arrive at their warehouse, I stupidly assumed I had ample time for it to arrive!! After hearing nothing toward end November I emailed the company and asked where it was? They stated it would be a week longer, on 8th December I finally got through and spoke to someone, who was very friendly so I can’t say he wasn’t but gave me the horrendous news my sons Christmas present would not be available until March 2023!! I had no communication and now little time to source the specialist guitar. I did get a refund before their 10 day possible stated date because I kicked up a bit of a stink rightfully so I feel. The reason I was and am so very upset is at no time did I receive any communication at all in this. The only reason I knew was my continuous drive to contact this company! So no I wouldn’t recommend them at all, I have found a beautiful small music company that I have finally now used and feel more secure in that purchase already. Please stop promising things on your website that simply are NOT accurate!! Disgraceful

Ordered from Musicroom.com for the first time and found the price to be the best on offer, and the customer service very good. My item was a special order with a long delivery estimate, but it arrived in just over three weeks. Would use again and recommend Many thanks.

First visit was not a good one. But I gave them a second chance. This one was not any better. I paid over $60 to see Tommy Castro and had a lady dancing right in front of me. Very distracting. It seems like this place has a mix vibe going on. Is it a music venue or bar ??? My first visit was just as distracting. They were drinking heavily at the bar and had no idea who Walter Trout was. I won’t be giving them a third chance !!!!!!

tmraudio.com is a scam, bait and switch tactics wasted a huge amount of my time but luckily did not lose any money. you have been warned. these guys are as slimy as the come. not a reputable company.

This company is a scam. The distribute bad copy of score from famous publishers. Do not buy from them. You'll get disappointed

I ordered a Korg vpt-1 as a special order with a dispatch within 7 days and contacted the company after 2 weeks. Music room said there was a delay in the order coming in and they were expecting it in 2-3 weeks. I waited another 2-3 weeks and then I contacted them again to be told it would be another 4 weeks. This item is still showing as a 7 day delivery on the website. They also told me they are dispatching orders as quickly as possible which doesn't seem relevant because they had already told me that they dont have it. So either they were hinting at a warehouse issue, or they were just rubbing it in that everyone else is getting their orders. Complete joke of a company and I hope they process the refund quickly and that they update their website. I would not recommend music room at all.

Bought my wife a piano for her birthday but one of the keys was dead. Emailed them straight away, and they asked me for proof - so sent a video. Now, after 14 days, I am still waiting for a response. Extremely poor, I am going to issue proceedings tomorrow.

As with other reviews, Mushroom have a shocking habit of keeping hold of refund money and blatantly lie about having refunded. Had to threaten with a chargeback before getting a processed refund when I then got proof it took over two weeks to refund when they sent me two PDF documents on my insistence. Wouldn't do business with any further due to this completely dishonest way of doing business.

I placed an order for online digital music over 2 months ago, which I never received in my digital library. Endless emails via your 'contact us' link led to some responses simply explaining how to access my digital library, which I knew how to do, and resorted to sending a screenshot to prove my digital library was empty. 4 weeks later, someone agreed to refund me, it has been another month and I still have NOT been refunded. Your customer service is atrocious, and you seem to merrily steal peoples money without providing the goods paid for.

Parts missing. Promised professional discount-none given. No refund offered. Very inferior paper. TOOK 4 MONTHS to ARRIVE. Need I say more? Not a company for serious musicians to use.

Order a piano from them in end of August. Early October, got a dispatched email notification finally. 3 weeks laters, still nothing arrived. Emails a few times and they blame Royal Mail for delay and also said they used untrack service. I will never use them again.

Ordered a bass guitar from musicroom. UPS lost it. Not musicrooms fault but I waited and waited (long after I needed it) and as soon as UPS themselves classed it as lost I expected an immediate refund from Musicroom. But no. Musicroom refused to refund me. Despite UPS classing it as well and truly lost and gone. I asked several times to musicroom that they need to refund me my money back from them for an item they have not delivered or I would ever get. And it was dragging on and I needed the funds to source a guitar elsewhere now. But no still would not refund me. I had to get a refund through Amazon which was paid straight away. Shameful customer care. Happy to take your money quick enough but not happy to give it back when due.

Never EVER use them. It's not a genuine company. Will charge you for things that don't exist and for postage as well. No service, no human interaction and no products..... But they will take your money...

Invoice/Order Number: 2.20.248334 TLDR; wrong item shipped, no refund several weeks after they received back incorrect item despite asking several times. Only refunded when escalated claim to PayPal. Full story: Ordered a Casio PX-S1000 on 23 June. Several in stock. Ordered processed and shipped on 24 June. So far so good. Everything following that was a disaster: 1. Delivery driver left at entrance. When I collected I find the wrong item was shipped - a Casio CDP-150. 2. Contact support who arrange replacement and collection. Now not in stock with 30+ day lead time. Not sure what happened to the one I ordered? Ask for return and refund. 3. UPS not collected by 3 July. Check tracking says they tried. No card. Call up and they say they will rebook. Two days later still not rebooked. Call up they say they are missing returns label they will print off and book. Collected 9 July. Back with Musicroom 10 July. 4. By 26 July still not refunded. Contact Musicroom who say "they will get this done quickly". 5. a week later still no refund - open case on Paypal (31 July). 6. On 1 Aug receive email from Musicroom support saying my query has been closed as I have not requested anything further. Still no refund. Reply saying my 'query' is not complete as I have not been refunded. 7. On 3 Aug response saying will be refunded within 2 days. 8. On 5 Aug advise I will escalate to PayPal unless refunded by end of day. No refund. Case escalated. 9. On 10 Aug PayPal find in my favour and am refunded. Near 6 weeks to get money refunded after an initial mistake on their part. Even if you count from when they had the item back this was outside of the legal timeframe for refunds. Understand if it is a customer messing them around, but when they already messed up to start with they continued to not show any regard for their customer.
