“The entire contents of my parcel were seemingly not received which was a bit disconcerting. However, customer support at MM were brilliant and investigated the matter immediately. I confirmed the ID code on my post office receipt and payment was processed immediately.”

“The scanning, packing and despatch of goods is very straightforward. However, Music Magpie pay pennies for what you are sending you; and sell on for considerably more. However, that said it is a convenient way of decluttering.”

“It was simple and easy to sell with music magpie and I received payment quickly. Just be aware that currently there is approximately a 24-48 hour delay in receiving payment due to covid but still was quicker than some other companies I’ve sold to previously. Overall very happy with my transaction.”
