“Phone arrived pretty quickly but after an hour or so of having the phone, I started having problems with it. Touch was unresponsive on one side of phone and decided to send messages and emails to people on its own. Still waiting on an email or letter to say what’s happening with it because I sent the phone back.”

“I bought an iPhone 6s about a week back. The phone I brought was advertised as “very good” condition. It is actually immaculate. Not a single mark on it. However, the phone has hanged twice when I tried to switch it on with out sim card. It did not show any issue after inserting the sim card and using it last one week. I will wait for sometime and check the issues before I send it back. But for the time being, top buy”

“I ordered the sweeney box set as a gift for my dad, I ordered it 3 times & had to mess about with refunds etc before it finally arrived, then I managed to bag the clone wars box set, that never arrived & I had to be refunded, now the sopranos blu ray box set I managed to buy second hand has not arrived & oh yet another technical delivery & refund....yes they are quick to refund you but that isn't the point DO NOT PUT THINGS UP FOR SALE IF YOU CANNOT HONOUR THE DEAL!!!!!!!!!! PS this has happened to me many times...”

“ordered iphone 6 in good condition having read other reviews about how it exceeded their expectations however when mine arrived last week it had a dent in the back and 2 corners were scuffed like it had been dropped and the earphone jack look cracked. Not happy but mad with myself for not going with the very good condition - also tried hard to find out what was included and found it difficult to find on website when phone arrived it just had a usb charger but if i had bought it on ebay i would have got a cleaning cloth, charger, screen protector, sim card extracter all included. I also went through topcashback but it has not appeared on my account yet have lodged missing cashback claim with them”
