Fair price and quite quick, though I did have an issue with one item they claimed wasn't complete (which I disagreed with).

Offers are very low for most items and doesn't except a lot of stuff. Service good once items sent and fast payment.

Good for selling tech to however not worth selling DVDs or anything like that as they will offer you pennies for them.

Overall a great experience, printing the courier label is quick and simple and you can choose the day that the courier collects your parcel, which makes it easier if you work and have to select a day when you are available. Removing two stars as they often deduct money from the promised price, for example I was told that I would receive £37, however they only paid me £32, with no explanation as to why I received less. I understand that sometimes items may fail the quality check but not to inform the customer of the price change or return the items is wrong in my oprinion.

I only received a total of £19.73 for all my items i sent, instead of the value of £24.08 that i was originally quoted (= £4.35 difference) - & no explanation/breakdown has been provided on my account as to why some of my perfectly good/in working order goods were 'rejected' for some reason?!?! :o(

Quick and easy way to get rid of unwanted items, although a bit disappointed with the prices offered for items. e.g 1p for a DVD seems excessively low.

Made an honest mistake of using the same label for all three packages I sent off, first two got there fine (although one item was reduced from £135 to £70) but they claim to have not received the last batch and somehow have tried to persuade me that is has disappeared in a puff of smoke.

Hello, We're sorry to learn your experience was not as positive as we'd have hoped. As a number of orders were sent, we would need unique labels attached to each box for each order. We'll send you a pack and send guide for each specific order so it can be tracked and is covered should we need to claim. Didn’t pay the full amount because they claimed they didn’t received my second package, despite sending via Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Fast payment and great comes, but need to pay more and accept more items... I've started and cancelled a number of orders due to low valuation or messages stating not interested in the item.

I sold two iPhone 6's to MusicMagpie and selected 'good' for their condition. I received the full amount quoted for one phone but a reduced amount for the second. Their reason for the reduced amount was 'it had a cracked screen', it didn't, it had a small chip at the bottom which didn't affect the screen (or the look of the phone). They didn't ask if the phone is in excellent condition, it was in good condition and therefore the full amount should have been given.

Hello Amanda, We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. Having looked into your order, we can see that the device was regraded from good condition to faulty due to a cracked screen. Any kind of crack affects the device and goes beyond the level of wear and tear we expect of a good or even poor condition phone. For a good condition device, we state the following criteria: Fully functional and complete with working system software Turns on and off with working LCD All buttons work All features work e.g. touchscreen, Wi-Fi, camera, video etc Complete with back cover and battery No more than light wear and tear, no cracks, water damage or damage to screen As we clearly state 'no cracks', we could not have honoured the original price. High resolution digital audio (16-bit, 44kbps) available at low cost. Most discs are in good condition and can be copied into my digital player with no errors detected.
