“Good points: - courier service to collect items from home - money paid directly into bank - accept most items (but not all) - easy to add items using the app Bad points: - offer peanuts for many items; don’t expect more than 40p for any item, no matter how new or rare.”

“Very quick to get valuation and arrange for delivery via my local Hermes store. However from MM receiving my phone and paying the money into my account took a lot longer than they promised in their advertising. I suppose this is due to the Covid restrictions at present. I would definitely use MM again and would recommend.”

“Good price given. However, I think it would be good to have a higher/excellent condition available. Surely there is a value difference to musicMagpie between an item working with no damage and working with no damage, and all the original packaging and accessories.”
